The townhouse includes a fully equipped kitchen with all the tools you will need to cook a gourmet meal or enjoy take-out from one of the many great nearby eateries. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a decorative tile backsplash. The bar is great for enjoying your morning coffee while breakfast is being prepared.

The coffee station is equipped with an electric gooseneck kettle and conical burr grinder. The coffee station comes equipped with several methods: Including pour over carafe, French press and automatic drip. Delicious locally roasted coffee beans are provided to get your stay started off right.

Just off the kitchen is the lounge where guests can cozy up to the gas fireplace and play a board game. The work station includes a Bluetooth speaker and 24" monitor to connect to your laptop (also equipped with Roku for streaming your favorite TV apps).

In the dining room the butcher block dining table will easily accommodate up to 8 people.

The living room includes comfortable seating with a 65" 4K Roku streaming TV including Amazon prime video. Guests can log in to their favorite streaming services such as Netflix, HBO, etc. (streaming only- NO CABLE).

Just off the living room is the outdoor balcony where you can enjoy a glass of wine.

Work from home using the workspace provided including a 24" wide screen monitor and high speed Wi-Fi. The monitor also doubles as a Roku TV for the kids to gather and watch their favorite steaming shows.

Plenty of USB device charging spots located throughout the space including in the bedrooms (end tables & lamps).

The bathroom on the 1st floor has a bath/shower combo. The 3rd floor bathroom has a separate bath and shower with dual vanity. The 2nd floor has a powder room with vanity and toilet. We provide hand soap and shampoo/body wash combo.

The washer and dryer are located in the entryway on the first floor.

All bedrooms have luxury green tea infused medium-firm memory foam mattresses, gel foam pillows and soft cotton bed linens.

The first floor has two bedrooms; bedroom one has a queen bed and bedroom two has a twin over full bunk bed. There is also a pull out twin trundle.

On the third floor, the primary bedroom has a super comfy KING bed with walk in closet. The second 3rd floor bedroom has a QUEEN bed. Both 3rd floor bedrooms have private balconies where guests can enjoy their morning coffee.

Guests can enjoy the ground level back patio which features a stainless steel gas grill, gas fire pit and outdoor seating (seasonal).

Great stay!

The stay was very clean and really nice. Awesome location with lots to walk to. The rail is just a block or two away. Everything is less than a 20 min drive. Jeff was very responsive and made sure we got what we needed. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic stay

We stayed 3 nights over July 4th and had a great stay. We had 3 adults and 2 kids, and the home layout was great for our group. The house was spotless and had all the amenities we were looking for - comfortable beds, quality furnishings, A/C, etc - and some notable upgrades. The coffee making options were much appreciated, bidet in primary bathroom, and the high quality artificial plants made the place particularly warm and welcoming. Location was great for easy access to public transit. Would recommend this to others looking to stay in the neighborhood!

I loved this property for the following reasons: a dedicated parking spot in a difficult place to find parking, balconies and backyard space in a city and a kitchen that is equipped for cooking, salad making, wine drinking. The seemingly small space is quite spacious for 8 of us. Also the white, clean towels were very fluffy and welcome. The location is perfect : close to UW, the light rail, Green Lake, U Village. The owner checked in with me often and I appreciate that. The keyless entry is very helpful

Our group of 8 stayed here for 5 nights and it was great! the house was asy to access and had plenty of room for everyone to have a bit of space to themselves. It has a spacious kitchen and sitting area as well as a large dining table for group meals. The driveway was very helpful as parking on the street is quite tight. It was located very conveniently to public transportation and several stores and restaurants. The host was very helpful and responded quickly with any requests we had.
