The Black Rabbit Cottage was built in 1929. The cottage is a single story with a fenced in yard and front patio. This one bedroom one bath home is brimming with character. There is plenty of natural light with all new windows, tall ceilings and a sky light.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, full-sized stove, oven and refrigerator. The living room features a smart TV with all your favorite apps and a plush velvet sofa. The bathroom has classic hex tile floors with sleek black wainscoting and brass touches. There is laundry onsite. Enjoy the efficient heating and cooling from a newly installed heat pump. The internet is fiber and super fast.
