„Very cool historic building boutique hotel, nicely renovated with comfortable rooms and a gorgeous throw-back lobby with a bar, coffee bar and comfortable seating. Hosts one of Kansas City’s excellent fine dining restaurants, The Town Company. Parking is not optimal with the best option being valet service, and downtown KC street and plaza construction poses navigation challenges. Still a great downtown hotel option and an easy walk to convention facilities or conferences at e.g., the Marriott. “

„Wir waren 5 Nächte in diesem Hotel und in dieser Zeit wurde das Zimmer nie gereinigt, trotz unserer Reklamation am dritten Tag! Wir mussten jeden einzelnen Tag für Shampoo, Bodylotion und Kaffee bei der Reception nachfragen. Der Papierkorb war überfüllt, das Bad nicht sauber, die Betten nicht gemacht, einfach nur ärgerlich!!!“

„Das Zimmer war zweifellos schön, geräumig und sauber. Allerdings bin ich der Meinung, wenn ein Hotelzimmer ohne Fenster und Tageslicht vermietet wird, sollte darauf in der Beschreibung hingewiesen werden. Ich empfand es als großen Nachteil. Außerdem könnte es nicht schaden, dem Gast wenigstens eine kleine Flasche Wasser bereitzustellen. Das ist bei den meisten, deutlich günstigeren, Hotels und Motels Teil des Services. “

„es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel. Freundliche Mitarbeiter und kostenlosen Kaffee und Tee in der Lobby. Kontaktloser checkin ist möglich. Allerdings hat es bei mir leider nicht funktioniert. Das war aber alles kein Problem. Habe dann eine Schlüsselkarte bekommen. Auch der Last check-out war möglich“
