Tennisplace D32 offers a newly renovated 1-bedroom 1-bathroom condo with a view of the community pool. The 48-unit complex is located at the east end of Sanibel Island featuring a heated community pool, tennis/pickleball court, grill, and on-sight laundry (coin-operated) located below each building. NO ELEVATORS.

**This condo does require a minimum of 14 nights or longer during the months of February, March, and April with Saturday-Saturday arrivals. **

Amenities include a pool, tennis courts, BBQ grills, picnic area, canoe and dock. lower-level beach equipment storage with covered parking, and laundry facilities.
