This spacious 2800 sq ft home has been meticulously designed and is ready for your family and friends! Pets are happily welcome with prior authorization and a non-refundable fee of $220. 2 pet max. The neighborhood pool and park are just a short walk away with keycard access. Explore the many amazing sights San Antonio has to offer within just a short drive! At the end of the day, check out some of the amazing local restaurants or cook a meal in our fully stocked kitchen.

This home has 5 large bedrooms and 7 total beds. Rest easy on our top-rated memory foam mattresses! Enjoy a home-cooked meal in the well-stocked kitchen. Rainy day? Play some family games in the comfy living room or watch a movie on the smart TV.

Guests have easy access with a keypad on the front door. Simply type in your code and the door will unlock. Just hit the lock button at the top on your way out and the door will lock itself behind you! You have access to the entire home, backyard, and neighborhood pool and park with the white keycard. The community pool is a short walk or drive away. It is about a quarter of a mile.

The gorgeous and quiet neighborhood of Stonefield. Tucked in right off of 1604/Bandera. Easy highway access! Plenty of shops and food within 5 minutes. The pool and park are within walking distance from the home.

Feel free to park in the driveway or along the curb in front of the home. Try to avoid parking in front of neighboring homes when possible. The garage is not for guest use.

Hello guests! We are so excited that you are interested in booking a trip with us! Please see the house rules below to ensure a smooth and easy trip!
1. Absolutely NO smoking on the property whatsoever. Not even outside. This includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vaping devices, and any other device used for smoking. If there is any evidence of smoking you will be charged an initial $250 fee and an additional fee for each day that is required to be blocked off for cleaning for lost revenue or cancellations.
2. No visitors are permitted inside the home who are not included in the reservation without prior authorization. Unauthorized guests will result in a $50 charge per person per day. Please be sure to book the proper amount of guests upon completing your reservation.
3. NO parties are allowed. If there is evidence of a party you will be charged $500 for breaking this rule and additional cleaning charges incurred by the host to prepare the home for the next guest.
4. Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am on weekdays and 11pm-8am on weekends. Complaints from police or neighbors of excessive noise may result in the cancellation of your reservation or additional charges.
5. Please feel free to utilize the washer and dryer! Laundry pods are available in the home. If you wish to use your own laundry detergent, only use HE-rated products.
6. This home is located in Texas, bugs and other pests are impossible to completely irradicate. Please know we have pest control spray the exterior of the home every month. If you do come across pests, please do your best to let us know what kind so we can have the home sprayed for the specific type.
7. Please refrain from taking food into the bedrooms to prevent any pest issues.
8. Trash is picked up every Tuesday morning. Please be sure to place the Grey/Brown can in the street Monday evening. Recycling and yard waste/compost is picked up every Friday morning. Please be sure to have the Blue and Green cans placed in the street Thursday evening. Excessive trash that does not fit inside the bins will incur an additional charge.
9. Neighborhood Pool and Park access is available with the keycard located on the shelf by the front door. Failure to ensure the keycard in present and in the proper location will incur a fee of $100. Please abide by all pool/park rules posted at the locations.
10. Pets are welcomed with prior authorization and a non-refundable fee. If you are bringing a pet, we require a photo of the pet prior to check-in. If you are traveling with a service animal, please see our service animal policy below. Any damages caused by pets/animals brought by guests will be charged after check-out.
11. Report any damages and/or breakages immediately. Damage charges must be paid by guests and will be reported to Airbnb.
12. Please lock all doors and windows upon check-out
13. Absolutely no mail is allowed to be sent to the home
14. A $500 security deposit will be charged to the payment method on file 2 days prior to checkout. This deposit will be automatically refunded after 7 days contingent upon the home's condition and any damages or house rules not being followed.

Service Animal Policy:
In accordance with Airbnb Terms, the ADA, and FHA regulations, we have the following Rules for our guests with Assistance Animals. This ensures that both your stay and that of our guests after you will be enjoyable and relaxing. If you have any questions, please ask!
•Your Assistance Animal should NOT be left unattended at any time.
•Your Assistance Animal should have a collar, harness, or microchip with identifying owner information attached should it become lost.
•Please provide an advance copy of your Assistance Animal's rabies vaccine (current thru your stay). And all vaccines to date. Current rabies vaccines are required on all pets by Bexar County.
•Your Assistance Animal must be on a leash at all times, or under control of verbal or sight commands that they follow at all times.
•Your Assistance Animal must be housebroken, non-aggressive, not destructive, and not display repeated, unprovoked barking.
•We can ask you to remove your Assistance Animal and/or leave for excessive barking, aggressive or damaging behavior, or obvious lack of sanitation.
•Puppies and Service Dogs in-training are not recognized under the ADA. We regret we are unable to accommodate those.
•Your service animal must use the bathroom outside. Indoor piddle pads are not allowed.
•Please clean up defections in the yard immediately and dispose of the bags properly. We do not provide them, please come prepared.
•Please keep your Assistance Animal off the furniture and counters.
•You are responsible at all times for your Assistance Animal's behavior. While we reasonably expect that your specialty Assistance Animal is well-trained, should any damage occur, you are responsible for the cost of any additional cleaning, repairs, or replacements as a result.
Note: We fully support our guests who legitimately need service animals. Please be aware that fraudulent misrepresentation of a pet as a Service Animal IS a federal crime under the ADA, as well as under various state and municipal statutes throughout the US, punishable by civil penalties, including fines and jail time.

Excellent Customer Service and Communication
The house was a perfect size, everything was clean and welcoming. Check in was easy. There were a couple of small hiccups but I can not say enough good things about the quickness and friendliness of the owner Ashley. The living room tv was not working right and she was so prompt to get someone over there to replace the tv, which was awesome since we had a large group. She assisted me prior to the trip as well as during the stay. I would definitely stay here again. There are not tv's in all of the bedrooms which some of the family was not happy about, so if you have tv junkies just be aware of that. The only other thing that would have been nice is maybe a bbq pit. But overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommend.

Cleanliness is always good.
This place is a fine place to stay. It was clean, which is at the top of my list on importance. My only real complaint is the lack of towels for every person staying in the house (they knew exactly how many, with their names), and the quality of the bed linens. The sheets were obviously over used and were "pilling", so it felt like sand paper on my skin.

The house was nice and clean. My family loved the house and the swimming pool was awesome just wished we could have stayed longer. Neighborhood was very nice and quiet, I'd definitely would rent this home again and if anyone is thinking about this house, you won't be disappointed

Over all its was a great house.. we all loved it, very spacious and we had everything we needed… (you have to put your Bin out in the front when you leave, for some reason I didn’t read it on the house rules, but then again It was my first time renting out, sorry Ashely) We walked to the pool, it’s just down the street from this location)

It was a great place for us! However, We couldnt find a book toread up on the house. Or make comments, such as the plugs in the bathroom upstairs weren't working so we had to message the host in a panic as we were getting ready for a wedding rehearsal. A closet door was broken and a headboard. All the communications added extra stress to an already stressful wedding weekend but it worked out ok. It wouldve been better to have a booklet with all the quirks of the house we could've read instead of the messaging. Maybe a note to say. If the gfci outlets need reset. The button is in the downstairs bathroom. Other than that, it was really great!
