APARTBEACH FESTIVAL VILLAGE WITH POOL AND SEA VIEWS:
FESTIVAL VILLAGE is ideal for your beach vacation. The apartment consists of a bedroom with two 90cm single beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a double sofa bed and a 135cm double bed. From the living room there is access to a large terrace with a beautiful view of the beautiful garden with swimming pools and lateral sea views. .



In its surroundings you will find restaurants, supermarkets, ice cream parlors and much more.

The building has an elevator, swimming pools, restaurant, etc...Animals are not allowed.

You cannot miss the “Camino de Ronda”. It is one of the most beautiful and emblematic excursions on the Costa Dorada, recently renovated and with spectacular views, bordering Cape Salou.





La Pineda is a quiet and modern coastal urban center on the Costa Dorada, located between the beautiful city of Tarragona and the bustling city of Salou, and belongs to the municipality of Vila-seca.

It is the perfect balance to spend your vacation, especially if you have a family with children and are looking for a break and disconnection from work and the stress of the city without leaving aside everyone's enjoyment. Entry time to the apartment: from 4:00 p.m. (if there are any guests leaving that day, otherwise they can enter from 11:00 a.m.). Check-in before 17:00 may incur an additional fee.

Departure time from the apartment: no later than 11 am.

Animals are not accepted.

1st. We are available for any questions so that you have a pleasant stay.

2nd. The apartment is rented with sheets, but without towels. Towel supplement €4/person.

3rd. Check-in from Monday to Sunday (express check-in: key delivery from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.)

4th. Upon departure, guests are asked to leave the apartment in the same condition as they found it. The kitchen must be left clean and tidy. Guests cannot leave garbage in the apartment.

5th. Respect the rules of the community and neighbors.

6th. It is necessary to present documentation on the identity of the clients and sign the contract.

7th. The Deposit will be managed by Apartbeac.



8º The tourist tax (€1 person per day, maximum of 7 days) will be managed by ApartBeach and must be paid on the day of entry to the apartment.

9º WIFI is included.
