Reinigung kommt nicht jeden Tag, sondern nur am fünften Tag. Sauberkeit im Frühstücksbereich war miserabel.

Gutes günstiges ruhiges Hotel

Wir haben das Hotel wegen der etwas abseits der Hauptstraße befindlichen Lage ausgewählt. Es war sehr ruhig und für sein Alter noch gut in Schuss. Zimmer war sehr sauber und groß. Das Hotel hatte richtiges Besteck und Tassen sowie Teller anstatt wie üblich Plastik oder Pappe! Dies hat uns positiv überrascht. Wir können das Hotel auch wegen dem Preis- Leistungsverhältnis sehr empfehlen.

The location was very convenient, safe, and quiet. You have interesting dining options like seafood, sushi, chicken, habachi in walking distance. There’s also a gas station very close if your traveling by car. There’s shopping & grocery stores all in walking distance. Only dislike is that there began to be a ton of ants on my 3rd day of stay. Which made me panic after getting comfortable in my stay

I like this property. However, if you would put in more effort to do small things like clean rooms at least every other day and actually do a deep clean versus the room being "surface clean" your hotel furniture would last longer and perhaps your ratings would increase. I am a cleaner, so I cleaned my room as soon as I got there. The desk and chair, in particular were just filthy. And since those two items are widely used, they should get a lot of attention. Another tip, stanley steamer or even an upholstery cleaner (Ollies has one for $50) and clean the chairs, the chair in 406 is absolutely filthy--visually. The cushion didnt even fit and the ottoman did not go with the furniture (not that it matters, it just should be visually appealing) Breakfast: comparing to Holiday Inn in the area, your breakfast (almost identical options) was definitely a cut above. Clean microwave & fridge ( I took pics if you want to discuss) so that its clean and sanitized for the next stayers What I did love was the walkability, the safety, the location and the parking were great. Just to mention, I called ahead in March to find out about pool--that was my main purpose for choosing--but it was it closed the entire time (both stays). Bottom line, put more care and love into the rooms, not just the making the beds with accuracy, carpets should be cleaned and also leave some extra garbage bags in the rooms since you all only come in to clean every 3-4 days so that stayers have a place to put garbage.

Property is clean. Staff is nice. Beds are really hard and uncomfortable. Pool was closed for repairs.

Staff who checked me in was great, but that’s where it ended. Got to the room (3rd floor, very last door furthest from elevator) and the TV remote didn’t work. Had to go back downstairs to get another one and it was dirty. The bathroom had long shed hairs all over the floor and tub. There were hard grains of rice on floor and a smudge on the end table that looked like dried food sauce. It was obvious the room had not been swept, vacuumed, or wiped down. One of the white hand towels had BROWN STAINS on it. So idk if it was washed or not but should’ve been discarded if the stains won’t come out. The bed APPEARED clean but that’s about it. The elevator floors were sticky for the whole 2 days I was there. I went to breakfast and poured of cup of lemonade and there was a FLY in the lemonade that wasn’t in the cup when I picked it up! Absolutely disgusting so I didn’t get breakfast on the second day. Paid $100 more than the hotel I usually go to because I thought this would be an upgrade. It was worse! It seemed like every room on the 3rd floor was loud at all hours of the night. Will never book here again.
