Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the whole apartment and the laundry in the building

The Neighborhood:
The 795 is located near a great selection of restaurants and shops and is only a 2-block walk to Park Avenue, the hippest spot in the city. Easy on-off for the 490 freeway and only two minutes from downtown Rochester, The 795 is close to restaurants and shopping, cultural activities, YMCA fitness center, and public library.

Getting Around:
Car is the easiest, but there is a bus stop near the apartment. There is also Uber and Lyft available

Other Things to Note:
This apartment is in a second floor which requires stairs. Guests who prefer first floor apartments can contact us for other unit availability. Important to note: the loft bedroom is open and overlooks the living room area at a 15-18 ft altitude. Consider this when traveling with children or other people with impaired judgement.
