Welcome to Casa Xavier, a magnificent duplex located within the prestigious Deneb residence, nestled in the heart of the French Alps at the renowned ski resort of Risoul 1850. Designed to accommodate up to 10 guests, this spacious 90 m² apartment perfectly combines luxury, comfort, and convenience, making it the ideal retreat for families and groups of friends.

The apartment offers four well-designed bedrooms to ensure a peaceful night’s sleep for all guests. On the ground floor, two inviting bedrooms provide generous space: one furnished with three single beds, and the other with two single beds. These rooms are served by a modern bathroom complete with a sleek shower.

Upstairs, two additional bedrooms continue the thoughtful design, one with two single beds and the other with a comfortable double bed. This floor also includes a bathroom with a relaxing bathtub, perfect for soaking after a day on the slopes. For added convenience, there is a separate single bed

The living area is spacious and filled with natural light, creating a welcoming environment for relaxation. From here, you can step onto a private terrace, where the crisp mountain air and breathtaking alpine views make for an idyllic retreat.

Bed linens and towels are available for rent for eleven euros per person, payable upon arrival.
