Unsere Villa befindet sich in der sichersten Gemeinde von Rincon, nur wenige Schritte von Ihrem eigenen Privatstrand entfernt, an dem Sie schwimmen und einige der schönsten Sonnenuntergänge genießen können! Lebensmitteleinkäufe, Restaurants und Geschäfte sind nur eine kurze Fahrt in die Stadt entfernt, wo Sie donnerstags einen Kunstspaziergang und sonntags einen Stadtmarkt finden.

Der Raum

Rincon ist der süßeste Ort in der ganzen Karibik! Genießen Sie die Sonnenuntergänge auf unserer großen und komfortabel eingerichteten Terrasse im 3. Stock oder verbringen Sie sie am Strand neben den Wellen. Dies ist unser Zuhause in der Ferne und wir sorgen dafür, dass es gemütlich, sauber und gut ausgestattet für alle Bedürfnisse Ihrer Familie oder Kleingruppe ist. Passt bequem für Gruppen von 6-8 Personen.

Gastzugang

Sie haben uneingeschränkten Zugang zum Haus, einschließlich eines Außenschuppens mit Strandkörben, Boogie-Boards und Schnorchelausrüstung. Es gibt einen Gasgrill auf der Gartenterrasse sowie ein gut ausgestattetes Kochset in der Küche. Frische Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Strandtücher für Ihre Gruppe.

Sie können die Basketball-, Tennis- und Gemeinschaftsgymnastikplätze besuchen. Es fallen jedoch zusätzliche Gebühren an und diese werden direkt an die Gemeinschaft im Clubhaus gezahlt. Gruppenpreise verfügbar.

Denken Sie daran, dass diese Strände und Gegenden voller Surfer sind! Als Surfgemeinschaft von Stränden muss man sich der manchmal starken Strömungen bewusst sein, da an den Privatstränden kein Rettungsschwimmer im Einsatz ist. Wenn Sie mit kleinen Kindern anreisen, halten Sie sich in diesen Zeiten links, wenn Sie sich dem Strand nähern, und es gibt einen kleinen natürlichen Pool an der Küste. Das Wasser in diesem Bereich ist durch ein Riff geschützt und die Strömung im Becken wird größtenteils gemindert, was es für weniger erfahrene Schwimmer oder kleine Kinder sicherer macht

Very spacious and peaceful.

I had a great stay at COZY PRIVATE VILLA IN RINCON WITH PANORAMIC VIEWS! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-located. PERFECTION!

This Villa is so dreamy and exactly as described! You are about 100 yards from the ocean. The roof is awesome and so is the pool! You are a 7 minute drive from the Plaza in Rincon. We loved it and hope to go back!

Perfect location, great property!

Our group of 6 loved our stay at this property. We met lots of great people from the community on our daily walks on the beautiful beach just a short walk from the house. The house was well stocked and even nicer than pictures on the listing. Beds are comfortable, kitchen well equipped and the location is absolutely perfect. Lots of quick trips into Rincon for dinner, farmers market and art market, close to extraordinary snorkeling at Tres Palmas, a day at Crashboat, surfer watching at Domes, and the yummiest food at our favorites; Estela, Copa llena, English Rose and The beach House. The owners were very responsive to questions and clearly love this house. Look forward to visiting again. Thank you!

Great stay at Punta Del Mar

Our first time in Puerto Rico. Very comfortable stay. Enjoyed kitchen and family room, access to balconies, access to beach, laundry, grill, close to town. Great communication with owners, they recommended restaurants and beaches. Plenty of amenities and appreciated the beach chairs. Ricomini bakery was good. Thanks Tom and Lynette!

Only complaint was that there were days that no one at the guard shack showed up for work and we couldn't get on the property. Luckily someone broke the side gate probably because of this problem and we were able to drive around it.

Beautiful home in a private community

When you walk into this home you can tell right away, this isn't some rental property. This is a much beloved home. We loved it too! The house is tastefully decorated in a very comfortable way. The couches are something I would buy for my daily use. There are a lot of knickknacks and art pieces, so if you have small children be aware this is not a barren rental. It's a home. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need and bonuses. The food is really good in Rincon, but sometimes it's just nice to sit down and eat a home cooked meal... or reheat the leftovers! The bedrooms are comfortable with AC in each one. We had the AC die in one of the rooms and the owners were on it immediately. They had it serviced and replaced. I couldn't be happier with owner communications. The neighborhood is as advertised. There is a community pool which we used and enjoyed. It could have used a cleaning but it's off season, so I suspect it doesn't get much use right now. We didn't use the other accommodations. The gated entrance has it's pros and cons. You trade convenience for safety. The gate operator wasn't always timely. We always got in, but sometimes you had to wait. The drive back to the property is long. I'm talking a mile or so. That isn't a problem but it is worth noting. The beach is very close and very nice. It was too strong a riptide for us to swim there. Some people did but they don't recommend it and I have to agree unless you are a surfer or great swimmer.

Perfect getaway for semi-private beach vacation

The property exceeded our expectations. Listed below are the key highlights: 1) The house was set back 1 mile from the main road and access was restricted with 24/7 security guard access. However, we were never concerned at all with our safety as the town of Rincon seemed very safe. 2) The house was very large, clean, and updated. All necessary amenities were provided and we felt right at home. The property owner was very responsive and gave excellent instructions making the check in and check out simple. 3) The property had a private beach that was very clean and had calm waters. The beach was easily accessible from the house and was maybe 100 yards walk. There were at most three other groups at the beach so it was not at all crowded like the public beaches. 4) The location was only a 10 minute drive to the center of Rincon where you can find a supermarket, restaurants, and shops. 5) The WiFi, TV, and air conditioning worked perfectly and made staying indoors very comfortable when the outside was very hot and humid. 6) There were several public beaches within 20 minutes of the property as well as Cascada Gozalandia waterfalls, which was a nice excursion for a short day trip.

Wonderful Location, Property, and Safety. Kitchen also well equity. After traveling around PR and staying in a number of urban locations, we really enjoyed the safe location where I could let my 15 year old daughter train for cross country.

Wonderful time in Rincón

Beautiful property in a great location, very close to great restaurants and beaches, but secluded at the same time. Perfect combination for a relaxing vacation where you get to set the pace. The communication with the host was outstanding, through messages or on the phone. The house has everything you need whether you choose to cook at home or eat out. We appreciate that the host made the check-in and checkout process as painless as possible. Plenty of room for the entire family.

We stayed in this villa 3 years ago and loved it so much decided to come back. Villa is amazing, neighbors very friendly and helpful. We especially love the beach just outside the villa. Walked on the beach everyday looking for sea glass. We cut open several coconuts and drank the water right from the coconut. The teens loved body surfing in the waves. Wish there were boogie boards. The kitchen has anything you could need and is quite spacious. The counter tops had been redone since we were there last. The pool was nice although we only went there once. The water in the ocean was so warm.Went to many local restaurants and beaches. Great vacation! Hope to visit again

I have never left a review in my life but feel inclined to on this property since I was skeptical about the whole process this far from home. If you are looking for a place to get away, relax and slow down this is the place. The house and villa are much nicer than the pictures and are well worth the money. The bedrooms are plenty spacious as are the rest of the living spaces. The upper patio on the roof is a great space. The beach and ocean are just a few steps away where you can relax under the shade of palm trees. I would recommend buying food at the grocery store and cooking all your own meals as we struggled to find restaurants that were worth eating at but the house is well equipped for cooking. Overall this property exceeded my expectations.
