For reservations in Naya Homes website, this property follows the cancellation policy equivalent to: Guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights. If they cancel after that, you’ll be paid 100% for all nights..
1. The property and the specific unit in the reservation shall not be used by more than the number of people or pets listed in the reservation. All guests will have to register with Naya Homes before their arrival, and additional guests may incur additional costs or the cancelation of the reservation, without a refund, according to Naya Homes cancellation policies. 2. By booking with Naya Homes, regardless of the platform used, guests agree to provide all necessary check-in information, including but not limited to copies of valid identification (such as a driver's license or passport), full names and ages of all guests, email addresses, and contact phone numbers. Failure or refusal to provide the requested information and completion of the admissions forms may result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation without any refund.

6. Pets are not allowed unless expressly noted in your reservation. If you bring a pet to a property that does not allow pets, your reservation may be immediately canceled without a refund. For units where pets are specifically allowed, an additional special Pet Cleaning fee and a standard cleaning fee will be charged on top of the reservation if you bring a pet.

7. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises or in the building's common areas. A fine will be charged to the reservation if this is not respected.

8. You are liable for any property damage and agree to accept charges to your card on file should damage occur during your occupancy.

9. Check-in is at 3 pm or later, and Check-out is at 11 am or earlier unless noted in your reservation. If these times are not respected, there will be a fine charged to the reservation.

Paradise!

We had a fantastic 8 days staying in this wonderful unit at Shangri-la. We were a multigenerational family of 6 adults, twin 12 year olds and a baby. The unit accommodated all of us perfectly. Naya Homes kindly arranged for a playpen for the baby to sleep safely. The property exceeded our expectations. The view was amazing. We saw whales every day from the balcony. The beach area was very nice and the pool was absolutely perfect. It was never crowded and the pool bar and restaurant had great service and delicious food. We loved their burgers, club sandwiches and chicken quesadillas. The location was also very convenient to the marina where we ate dinner most evenings. We felt very safe and well looked after the entire time. I don’t think anyone would be disappointed staying in this lovely unit at this very special property. We all agreed that if we have the opportunity we would love to stay here again.

Best Family Vacation ever!

This place was perfect. We were greeted immediately upon arrival and the property was just stunning. The private elevator opened right to our unit. We had 8 total people and were very comfortable with 2 per room. Easy walk to shopping and restaurants. Very safe area. Short cab or Uber ride from the airport, maybe 10 minutes at most. This place was gated and Tomas took great care of us and greeted us each morning in our tower. The pool was perfect. They served wonderful drinks and meals daily. They took great care of us! We even used the gym which were very nice facilities. Walmart is short drive away to pick up groceries. I couldn't figure out how to get it delivered. We loved our stay and cannot wait to come back to PV!!

Great Family Time

This condo is all that is advertised. The rooms were spacious were clean and the views were fantastic. We really enjoyed hanging around the dining room table playing games and just talking. We hope to stay here again next year!

WOW!! An amazing unit!

We have been going to PV every year for the last 33 years (except for 1 covid year). We have stayed in many places throughout the years. Our favorite part of Vallarta for the past 10 years has been the Marina district...And our favorite place to stay is the Shangri-la!! We had rented the 3 bedroom units in the past, and they've always been nice. However, this unit is AMAZING!! It has all high end decorator touches everywhere!! The owner has done very special touches throughout the unit. All AC is ducted in the ceilings (not mini splits in the walls of each room). There is custom lighting and art throughout the unit. Beds were very comfortable, along with high quality furnishings throughout. The kitchen had a full size refrigerator on one side and a full size freezer on the other...Perfect for the Costco runs! Frankly, we couldn't believe the owner of this unit actually rents it out...It's that amazing!! Needless to say, we will definitely be back to this unit if it's available next year! We also have to mention Thomas (the concierges)...Any time we needed anything, we'd call him, and he made everything happen for us (taxi vans, restaurant reservations, fishing trips, etc, etc). Thomas, If you get this, You're the best!!!
