This neighborhood is perfectly situated near Puerto Vallarta’s most popular beaches, Playa Olas Atlas and Playa Los Muertos, making it the perfect spot to lounge by the beach during the day and explore Puerto Vallarta’s bar and restaurant scene by night.

Getting Around:
Zona Romantica is a highly walkable area, where you can access the beach and the restaurant and nightlife safely at night. Puerto Vallarta is well connected by Uber and Taxi’s (negotiate!).

For reservations in Naya Homes website, this property follows the cancellation policy equivalent to: Guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights. If they cancel after that, you’ll be paid 100% for all nights..

6. Pets are not allowed unless expressly noted in your reservation. If you bring a pet to a property that does not allow pets, your reservation may be immediately canceled without a refund. For units where pets are specifically allowed, an additional special Pet Cleaning fee and a standard cleaning fee will be charged on top of the reservation if you bring a pet.

7. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises or in the building's common areas. A fine will be charged to the reservation if this is not respected.

8. You are liable for any property damage and agree to accept charges to your card on file should damage occur during your occupancy.

9. Check-in is at 3 pm or later, and Check-out is at 11 am or earlier unless noted in your reservation. If these times are not respected, there will be a fine charged to the reservation.

No Pool or Lounge Chairs

Every year we book a pool & lounge chair condo to enjoy sun for vacation. There is none as shown in listing. If mold issues beware I did get bronchitis from mold. If listing just showed condo without those it would be great. Naya is a well known company so I was surprised this happened! The toilet over flow issue could have been addressed better. The water draining in kitchen floor was addressed 2 days before left. It’s a beautiful home but need to update listing. Karen was there to greet us and said she informed you to remove pool from listing. We also said she would see if any other properties with pool but none available we were told. Now for the noises: we love all the sounds of Mexico, wonderful bar music and right on highway. But the jackhammer right above unit was unbelievable. I would not rent my unit without giving the times so people can leave. Listing said 1 free cleaning and we were there 2 weeks. No house keepers came.

Spacious Condo

This unit is very spacious, the beds are very comfortable and water pressure for showers excellent. To get to the unit there is an extremely steep street. The biggest issue was the location. On paper it looks good but the unit is directly above a very busy and extremely noisy road leading to the ‘tunnel’. Even using the white noise machine the noise was relentless until between 2-4 in the morning! Add to this the upstairs unit was replacing floors and this resulted in hours of jackhammering above our head. You need to be in excellent shape and wear noise cancelling ear plugs to survive this unit. The management company did a great job handling any questions or issues we had.

Comfortable!

As the photos, suite is nicely appointed. Two bedrooms each with full ensuites makes it perfect for two couples. Dipping pool is accessed through one bedroom. There is no rooftop access. Some traffic/street noise but nothing too bothersome. Close to market and walkable to beach. A nice place that is recommended.
