Welcome to Williams Retreat Unit 1, a beautifully designed townhome nestled in the heart of Portland. This brand-new construction pairs modern amenities with warm Scandinavian-inspired décor, creating the perfect blend of style, comfort, and functionality for your next city stay.

As you ascend the exterior steps and step into the entryway, you'll be welcomed by an open and airy main level featuring a seamless layout that connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas. Whether you're gathering with friends or enjoying quality time with family, this space is ideal for relaxing, dining, and spending time together. Step out onto the spacious private patio, where comfortable seating allows you to soak in the neighborhood’s vibrant atmosphere.

Upstairs, the top floor features three thoughtfully designed bedrooms. Each room offers ample space for luggage and personal belongings, with minimalist yet inviting furnishings that create a peaceful retreat. Additional Property Information:

Please note that there is a one bedroom unit on the ground level with long term tenants. They have private entrances and are respectful to all guests.
Use of all outdoor spaces by ASTR guests is prohibited between the hours of 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. all days, except when entering or exiting the house. The hours of outdoor space use must be listed in the House Rules and may be more but not less restrictive.

The ASTR use must comply with City Title 18, Noise Control. Among other regulations, Title 18 sets limits on sound levels that impact residential properties. Section 18.12.020.B addresses permissible levels of sound producing or reproducing equipment. The following activities are in violation of Title 18: Operating or permitting the use or operation of any device designed for sound production or reproduction in such a manner as to cause a noise disturbance; or operating or permitting the operating or use of any such device between the hours of 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. so as to be plainly audible within any dwelling unit which is not the source of sound.

Commercial meetings are prohibited. Commercial meetings include luncheons, banquets, parties, weddings, meetings, charitable fund raising, commercial or advertising activities, or other gatherings for direct or indirect compensation."

We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring the interior of the house.

Great location, new furnishings and management was very responsive. Did not realize that this is building has two other units with shared walls but they were not noisy enough to be a bother.

Very clean and comfortable home; lots of room but easy for family to hang out together. We used the kitchen to prepare food for an outside event and worked out great. Close to great food on Mississippi and quiet clean neighborhood.Will stay again - when warmer would enjoy the nice front deck.

Be Cautious.

Be Cautious of this rental. The place looks like a frat party had taken place. The unit was not clean, mold in the master bathroom shower, dead bugs thru out the house. Bed sheets were stained and old. We requested a second clean and for the sheets to be changed. The second set of sheets were worst than the first. The place was not worth the money!!!

Beautiful new home with everything you need and in a great location. iTrip property manager is very responsive and on the spot whenever anything comes up. We had minor cleaning issues on arrival and they handled. Would stay here again for sure.

Great Location

The location was great, the kitchen was well stocked, the place was pretty clean overall, the main issue was the bedding/towels weren't very clean. Unsure why. The bedding was really bizarre-- very cheap quilts with a few weird stains, my sister found beard hair in the towels! All very strange. Other than that, the location was great, the kitchen was great, there were plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and parking!

Over all everything was great, with a few minor exceptions. Many of the blinds need some attention, some won't open at all. Also some additional large frying pans would help, had to ask friends to bring a pan. Also a colander.

Nice place, but...

Overall, the home is beautiful, well situated, and conveniently located to everything NE PDX has to offer. Near freeways was a big plus too. Unfortunately, the hot water heater had been turned way down in the home. This meant 20+ minutes to get lukewarm water in one shower and the tub. Never hot water. The large, beautiful shower never even got warm. This issue was fixed the final day of our stay, but not by the property manager. Rather, my dad did the work to figure out what was wrong after we weren't getting timely assistance from the property manager. We then told them what we thought the problem was and they instructed us how to fix saying they couldn'tget a maintenance person to the home anytime soon. Honestly, if my mechanically inclined father hadn't been on the trip, we may never had hot water. There were a few other minor challenges, but overall, the place was nice. We won't be staying there again.

I would recommend this place again. If we plan a longer stay in Portland we would do this again. There is a great pizza place about a block away. We stayed for Rose City Comicon and used an Uber to get back and forth. It’s a 15 minute drive or a 45 minute walk. Great time was had.

Perfect sized getaway

Loved this place, I think I'd stay here again if I visit Portland again. I really love that it's easy to get to and how the layout is. The outdoor patio is amazing as well. Just the amount of space in the communal areas was great too. One thing I would mention though, in the MASTER bedroom. If the property could find someway to put curtains or cover the TOP layer of windows. The sun just BEAMS into the room at like 7AM in the morning and it heats up really quick. Other than that, I have no issues with the place.
