Guest Access:
Our guests will have access to everything in the house; this is a perfectly private rental. Please note this is the owner's personal home, and some personal effects will be in the house, but tastefully put away.
The Neighborhood:
The Buckman neighborhood is one of Portland's most popular neighborhoods due to its plethora of cafes, restaurants, pubs and shops, just a stone's throw away. Buckman's Belmont & Hawthorne District is one of the most unique, and most sought-after areas in Southeast Portland. The area is known for its wonderful restored old Portland homes, liberal residents, and fun and funky feel. The street is lined with unique restaurants and shops, and has a definite Portland-local flair.

--The homeowners have hired a professional management company to care for their home while they are away. Do not be alarmed if someone other than the home owners responds to your query - we are here to help!
--Please note: This home has a 4 guest and 4 night minimum on all holidays and 3 night and 4 guest minimum on weekends during summer and fall months. We also do not allow the weekends to be broken up. We do make rare exceptions, you are more than welcome to reach out and check with us!
