This spacious 300 m² villa, set in a quiet corner of the exclusive Penina Hotel & Golf Resort, is perfect for those looking to enjoy comfort and privacy. Designed around a beautiful pool, the property is divided into two main areas: the main house and a separate poolside annexe.

The main house features two inviting living rooms, each with a cozy fireplace, a large dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and four comfortable bedrooms. One ensuite has a king-size bed and a private bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Another ensuite offers a queen bed and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Each of the two additional bedrooms has twin beds and private bathrooms.

The annexe by the pool includes a second kitchen with a built-in barbecue, a bathroom, and a studio that can accommodate up to four guests. The studio offers a double room with two double beds and a private bathroom—ideal for larger families or friends travelling together.

Outside, the pool area invites guests to enjoy sunny days on the loungers under umbrellas or gather in the shaded seating area with sofas. A wooden deck with a pergola and dining table creates the perfect setting for al fresco meals.

Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

This villa is set in a peaceful spot within the exclusive Penina Hotel & Golf Resort, home to the Algarve’s first 18-hole Championship course designed by Sir Henry Cotton. As a guest, you can access the resort’s golf courses, tennis courts, and running track. The nearby 5-star hotel also offers a selection of quality restaurants for a special night out.

Just a 15-minute drive away lies the charming village of Alvor and its breathtaking beach—a 7-mile stretch of golden sand lined with sun loungers and static umbrellas for hire. A scenic wooden boardwalk runs along the beach's edge and through the nature reserve, perfect for a morning stroll or sunset walk by the sea.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus station, Penina (Hotel & Golf), is just a 3-minute walk.

Faro International Airport is a 51-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
