Welcome to your perfect vacation retreat in Scottsdale, Arizona! Our cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom town home is located in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale, just steps away from the best shops, restaurants, bars, and nightlife in the area. This home is WALKING DISTANCE to Cholla Trail, one of the best local hiking trails, located on Camelback Mountain. Step outside into the private backyard, where you'll find a fire pit and cornhole, perfect for enjoying Arizona's warm evenings. Or, relax in the private front courtyard, surrounded by lush desert landscaping. That's not all - this community offers incredible amenities to make your stay even more enjoyable. Take a dip in the heated pool (3 pools total, one is heated) or soak in the spa. Get in a workout at the fitness center, challenge your friends to a game of tennis or basketball, or try your hand at outdoor shuffleboard. When you want to stay inside, there are plenty of games to choose from as well.

This home is professionally managed by a local hospitality company. We treat our homes as if they are our own. Each home is meticulously cleaned and put through a 35-point inspection checklist between guests to ensure absolute satisfaction. Our main business line is available during regular business hours for general questions, comments, and support, and can also assist with emergencies 24/7.

We love that we can share our home with our guests and ask that everyone abide by the quiet hours from 10pm-7am so that we can continue to serve our guests without disrupting our great neighborhood.

How The Home Is Stocked:
This home is fully furnished and stocked with a starter amount of essentials to get you going on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough additional consumables to last for the remainder of your stay.

House Rules and Notes:
• No parties or events of any kind allowed on property
• No more than 2 cars at the house at any time
• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Renting person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
• No smoking
• Check-in time is 4 PM (this time is strict)
• Check-out time is 10 AM (this time is strict)
• Early check-in and late check-out (if available fees apply)

Due To A New City Ordinance:
• All reservations will go through a verification process
• Please be sure your full name is entered on your reservation when booking
• IDs will be requested for verification after booking
• We report and prosecute all credit card fraud

The maximum occupancy for this property is not to exceed a family size of 6 adults and their related dependent children per the City of Scottsdale. Per the Casa Del Monte Homeowners Association, we are now required to collect the names of all adult guests, as well as the make, model, and license plate number of each vehicle they will be bringing to the property. This information will be requested prior to check-in. If any other adult guests arrive that are not on the document, they will not be granted access by the security guard unless notified.

Property is quite spacious and updated. Kitchen was very well equipped with nicer, matching kitchen ware. We appreciated the front, private sunny patio for morning coffee. We didn’t get to enjoy the back patio but it was also very private. Very quiet, well kept neighborhood and very convenient to the Fashion Square area and Old Town Scottsdale. We did not figure out how to keep the Nest thermostat from going to 80 degrees overnight but we were in and out so much that we forgot to ask. (We just got up once in the night and adjusted the temp.)Property Manager was quick to respond to questions. We read reviews of others who were concerned that they were required to submit a copy of drivers license in advance and license plates. Because this is a gated community, we can see why it is required and is legit. We would stay here again.

townhome in great location

Great location for old town Scottsdale, Fashion Square Mall, Camelback trailhead and Phoenician Golf course. This townhome is old but very nicely updated and in a gated community with friendly neighbors. The 3rd bedroom is not ideal if you are on different sleeping schedules. the 3rd bedroom isn't really a bedroom. It does not have a closet and one wall is open to the family room. It has shutter doors that you can close but there is no sound barrier. This was a problem for us since we go to bed and get up at different times. The beds are just ok for comfort and the pillows are flat and hard. I would only stay here again if we needed 2 bedrooms, not 3. Also, this is listed on VRBO as a house but it is a townhome, meaning it shares walls with neighbors on both sides.This means that 2 sides of the house do not have windows and the place doesn't get much sunlight inside. The one room that gets good natural light is the master bedroom. This room is the best room in the house.

This property was perfect. It was exactly as listed. A wonderful gated community in the heart of Scottsdale. The house was well appointed and updated.
