Overall, it is a nice property but for that price it should be so much better. Get rid of the birds from the front door area, include an instruction book for how things operate in the home, and pool service needs to be improved. We paid for the extra pool heating, but it does not go near the correct temp. Told us to use the pool cover after we called them to let them know it was not warm. We couldn't use the cover as it was torn and in pieces in the yard. They also told us to leave the automatic pool cleaner/vacuum in the pool while we use it. This is not a safe practice. You cannot change turn on/off the fan lights for the outdoor patio as the wall switch only operates the fan. Was told to go to the garage and find the step stool to be able to reach the 9 ft pull cord. The flood light is not mounted right and is hanging at an angle. Get new fixtures for outdoors and a new pool cover. Oh, there are pictures of a spa in the listing, but there is no spa.

Exactly as advertised - better even!

This home was an ideal home-base for my family (including a teen and tween), for a quick family reunion in the N Scottsdale area - especially given the heated pool, and games/amenities shown in the pictures - esp. the shuffleboard, Golden Tee arcade and ping pong table - all in perfect/functional condition. Our kids really appreciated the goodies bucket (of popcorn and candy) - thank you!

Great Stay, perfect location!

I was in town on business and decided to stay at this house vs. a hotel. I'm so glad I did! Although it was a little big for what I needed, I was able to host a work meeting outside of the office for the team of 4 of us. The kitchen and living from were perfect to accommodate us all. The house had everything I needed, I felt safe, and was walking distance to my office and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

Spacious, clean and perfect backyard space

The house provided everything we needed for a fun girls trip. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are comfortable. We enjoy lounging in the backyard and in the pool. Restaurants, shopping and hiking trails are a short drive away. I would stay here again.

GCU Weekend

Our family and another, both with freshman at GCU, came down for parents weekend. This house was perfect for our quick weekend with the kids. Easy trip to/from campus and activities. The home was immaculate, kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed to cook for 7 and the pool iced the cake. Booking, payment, check in/out and communication was easy.

We loved staying at this property! It was so cute and we had a blast with all the games - corn hole & shuffleboard. We didn't swim but we look forward to coming back so we can. The home was just as pictured. The yard is amazing for a dog- wonderful grass and lots of space. Pool was terrific! The layout of the home is very usable, and the appliances are top notch. Check in was easy and the host was very accessible and responsive. We had everything we needed for our stay.
