Neighborhood is great, wide open streets so you can park in the 2 car driveway or on the street. Just down the street there is a school with park area. Small shopping complex across the street has Fry's Grocery Store and Sprouts and Restaurants

Owners live in Tempe and will be available for any issues or recommendations around Town

There's a great coffee shop walking distance called Xtreme Bean, Sprout's (Grocery Store) is across the street along with a number of restaurants and shops

There is a bus route stop nearby but would recommend to either rent a car or plan on using Uber/Lyft for most accommodations. Phoenix is pretty spread out and easy to get around
