„Second time to stay here. Good location not too far from the university. Clean, nice and looks brand new. My main reason I came back was the comfortable bed. I usually have a very hard time sleeping in hotels because the beds are always too firm and uncomfortable. The bed here is the most comfortable I’ve found around Austin “

„The location of the hotel is quite good, that's been said, the other things weren't that great. I requested six months prior a quite room and what I finally got was a room facing directly the street, which was extremely noisy and light cam in through the window blinds. Staff was very friendly, but couldn't help me out. So I wouldn't go there again, since the food wasnt that great and if you're unlucky, your getting a bad room. “

„Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten (Zimmerwechsel wegen schlechtem Geruch), war alles in Ordnung. Perfekte Lage direkt an der Interstate.“

„Ich kenne das Hotel schon seit längerem . So langsam müsste mal hier und da was renoviert werden . Das bedeutet aber nicht das das Hotel schlecht ist . Die Sessel im Foyer sind fleckig . Der Pool müsste mal richtig gesäubert werden . Und an der Wand zum Pool blättert die Farbe ab . Die Lage vom Hotel ist super . Viele Geschäfte und Restaurants sind in der Nähe.“

„Unsere Schlüsselkarten mussten jeden Tag neu kodiert werden, weil das System nicht richtig funktionierte. Betten und Bad wurden nicht gemacht. Beim Frühstück war um 8:30 Uhr fast alles weg und wurde nicht mehr aufgefüllt. Die Waschmaschinen in unseren Stockwerk waren nicht zugänglich. Das Hotel war sauber und recht neu.“
