„We had a good stay at The Flats. The room was clean and comfortable. Everything was in working order. Upscale bed and sheets. The bathroom was very nicely updated. Great location, you can walk to old town and all the restaurants. Parking was easy, although it was the weekend and you have more options. Our room looked out to the main road in front and we did hear the cars going by. Check in is all done on line and there were no issues. We would stay again.“

„We loved how open and bright the main living space was. Having off-street parking was nice and the location was very convenient to downtown. The bedrooms were spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. If I were being picky, I would say an improvement would be more end tables in the living room and possibly a living room chair.“

„I stayed with my dog in April and had a very nice time. Peaceful, clean and comfortable. The garage attached apartment sits on a lovely property. Its a dead end road so a great place to take a walk with mountains views. John and Rhonda were super nice. The shower has high pressure and nice hot water. “

„Quiet park surrounds, church bells chiming and trees blossoming! A great stay for a week. We had everything we needed to feel very much at home in this well kept bungalow home. Very clean, well appointed kitchen. We will return.“

„The home worked out very well for me and my little beagle. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly and close to several good breweries and Old Town. I stayed for a month due to work but also had time to have friends up for fun. I will be back!“

„We loved our time here. The neighborhood was so peaceful and quiet, while still very close to Old Town. We would definitely recommend staying here for anyone visiting Fort Collins. “

„This property is a perfect place to land for a quick weekend visit to Fort Collins. It is walkable to shops, restaurants, grocery stores, breweries, trails, etc. You can get to everything you might need from here. We have stayed at this property before and have always found the host to be very friendly and the property very clean.“

„Has a great time. It was in a peaceful neighborhood. Reminded me of Grandmas yet with today’s conveniences. Very comfortable. Only complaint was the mattress was a bit soft and sagged in the middle. “

"ok Business Hotel in Centerra Area. Room cleaning only every second day, breakfast less that basic, even for the US, and they charge 12 USD per for a parking ground with no benefit at all - there are better options. i will not return."

"Sehr nettes Personal, ausreichendes Frühstück. Pool und Hottub sind sauber und einladend. Das Zimmer ist sauber wenn auch etwas „Abgegriffen“ und Reparatur bedürftig. Alles in allem ist der Preis etwas hoch angesetzt für das was man bekommt. 70$ weniger wären angemessen."
