The driveway is short as is common for the historic downtown corridor, that also restricts parking to no street availability. Conversely, most guests at this location would not have a need for a vehicle as it is a short walk to the corner of Daly Ave and Main Street making the location perfect and convenient year-round.

This ideal location lends itself to many conveniences including easy access to shopping, dining, and nightlife. Just a short walk to Town Lift for ski access to Park City Mountain Resort or guests could walk to the nearest free transit stop for easy access to town and all three world-class ski resorts bases at Canyons Village, Deer Valley Snow Park and Park City Mountain Resort.
