You are in an apartment in the heart of Paris and yet you immediately have the impression of being in a house “in the countryside”.
The decor is warm, sober and elegant. All the paintings and parquet floors were redone in May 2024. The air is fresh even in hot weather.
You are in an old 4-story building.
You enter a very large living room of 30 m² with a French window which opens onto a private courtyard with flowers. It is composed of a living room and dining room, open space designed for conviviality, comfort and functionality.
The living room: It includes 2 comfortable sofas, 2 very beautiful Voltaire armchairs and a large wrought iron chair. Everything harmonizes perfectly with the very relaxing almond green paints. There are also 2 large oak and cherry cabinets as well as 2 library areas. For your entertainment, you have a television (70/40 screen), numerous books, and board games.
The dining room is a continuation of the living room with a round table that can accommodate up to 4 people.
The whole opens onto the private flowered courtyard of 27 m² including a brightly colored workshop with dryer and exercise bike.
It is very pleasantly furnished so that you can eat there as a group of 4: 1 beautiful square table measuring 1 meter by 1 meter with 4 matching armchairs + a small table measuring 70cm by 50cm with a 5th armchair.
2 tastefully decorated bedrooms, open directly into the large living room.
The large windows (1m80 x 1m) are equipped with flower boxes and open onto a very quiet and beautifully flowered common courtyard. The 2 windows are equipped with reflective mirror film which allows light to pass through but prevents it from being seen from the outside during the day.
Both bedrooms are equipped with bedside lamps and radiators if necessary. Clothes rack hooks are behind each door.
Bedroom 1: The white walls and the large window give an impression of beautiful light. It offers a very comfortable double bed (1m40 by 2m). Generous storage space is provided with a chest of drawers.
Bedroom 2: The white walls and the large window also give this impression of brightness. It offers a smaller double bed (1m20 by 2m) but also very comfortable. A table next to the window allows you to work and connect a computer. A very original bookcase wall faces the bed and storage space for clothes is also provided.
The 8 m² kitchen is to the right of the front door. It also overlooks the living room and also has a large flowered window with mirror film which opens onto the common courtyard. The green and yellow decor and walls create a welcoming atmosphere. It includes a washing machine, and it is fully equipped with induction hob, a large electric oven, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a large work surface, crockery and cutlery. You will find everything you need to prepare your meals.
A high table next to the window allows 3 or even 4 people to eat. Everything is installed there for breakfast: the “Bialetti” coffee machine, a manual piston system that is very easy to use and without capsules. Tea drinkers will also find a beautiful cast iron teapot for loose or bagged tea of your choice.
The Bathroom: The 4m2 bathroom opens at the end of the living room including a combined bathtub-shower, with shower screen, towel rack on the wall, a sink and 2 storage units. The green and white walls create a beautiful, bright atmosphere. Enjoy complimentary toiletries and hotel-quality towels provided for your convenience.
The WC is separate from the bathroom and is located to the left of the front door with sink for hand washing.
