Please treat our house with the same respect as you would your own home. We’ve put a lot of effort into making this a lovely space to be enjoyed by our guests.
Primary Renter: Must be 25 or older.
Cleanliness: Maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay to make check-out easier.
Accidental Damage: In case of any accidental damage, we’ll assess the issue internally to decide if and how much the deduction or repair cost will be.
Noise and Parties: Enjoy your vacation with lots of laughter and fun, but no parties, events, performing artists, DJs, or bands are allowed at any time. Keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM and be respectful of the neighbors at all times.
Occupancy: Do not exceed the maximum occupancy of the house (10 guests) at any time. Guests must select the correct number of people staying when making the reservation. Failure to do so will result in additional charges. Please note, children under the age of 3 are not included in the maximum occupancy count.
Smoking/Vaping: No smoking or vaping. Evidence of smoking/vaping will incur a $500 additional cleaning charge.
Pets: Pets are not allowed on the furniture. Guests are responsible for cleaning up pet waste.
Service: This is a short-term vacation rental, not a hotel. No daily cleaning or laundry services provided. If you wish to arrange additional cleaning services, please contact management.
