When you aren't drifting around the lazy river or splashing in the pool's turquoise water, head mere minutes away to Walt Disney World and Universal Studios. Davenport is also home to a great mix of golf courses, parks, restaurants, and shopping centers!

Cooled by central air and completely updated, the interior of your stay is one of warm welcomes and pure peace. The open layout enhances family time, so while the chef of your family utilizes the kitchen's stainless steel appliances, sit back and stream your favorite shows on the living room's smart TV. When it's time to eat, gather around the large, formal dining table for a delicious meal.

Each as comfortable as the last, the four bedrooms come adorned with soft linens and tasteful decorations. The littlest members of the family will love the fun hints at some of their favorite characters in their rooms. A private washer/dryer and accessible bathroom round out the interior amenities at your fingertips.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
