NEW CLUB HOUSE!!! The Bronson Club at Storey Lake is only 10 min walk to the property or get a free raid The Bronson Club features a restaurant, bar, lazy river, sundries, fitness center and less crowded. you can walk to enjoy this great place.

Unforgettable memories will be made here. Whether you are at Disney, the pool in the backyard or the enormous lazy river clubhouse with mini golf, sand volleyball, and kayak launch, you will never forget this trip 3 mts raid to this Hideaway Club. Free ride.

Amenities galore on site and only a short drive to Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Outlet stores.

This well thought out vacation community has everything you need close by. A quick drive to Publix Supermarket, Target, Walmart, Marshalls and other popular stores.

IMPORTANT

1. Pool heat is extra charge fee of $40.00 + taxes per day with a mimimum of 3 days it needs to be requested and paid at least 24 hours check in.
Pool Heather Agreement:
When pool heating is chosen, the pool will be heated to a temperature of around 90-94 degrees Fahrenheit. In the coldest winter months heating the pool can be difficult as the water temperature drops overnight. Florida has a temperate climate, but cold fronts can bring overnight temperatures in the 30’s and 40’s that can last for several days. Unfortunately, under these circumstances, there is no way the pool heater will be able to keep the water at a temperature mid to high 80’s. Please note that cold weather does NOT constitute a mechanical failure and no refunds will be given for problems that are due to cold weather.
Heaters works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.
2. Minimum age to book Must be 21 years or older.
3. Missing Items Delivery to Ups or Post Office is extra charge fee of $30+taxes
4. BBQ grill is include guess need to refill the propane tank.

Wonderful retreat

I highly recommend the Magical Townhouse for anyone to stay. The owner was very easy to communicate with and extremely responsive. It was a joy to be in this wonderful townhome…very comfortable and perfect for our family.

Fun Family House

Great property in a great neighborhood! It was well stocked to serve our two families (11 people) for 6 days. We brought extra household necessities just in case and never needed them. The pool was a great size for what we needed and we enjoyed the thoughtful touches of toys inside and out. Our kids (including teens!) loved all the rooms and us adults loved having two king bed options. The only thing I’d change is just having more towels available. We did launder them non stop so we all had towels, but we were scrambling to have enough clean ones to have everyone shower daily. Our dog loved the cool tile and being able to be with us. We would definitely stay again and already have started discussing it! Thank you!

Highly recommend

We loved this property! The bedrooms and bathrooms are exactly what they look like in the pictures. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of living space. I was unsure about the location because it’s farther from the main pool. However, the pool and clubhouse that is a half mile from this location is newer, less crowded, and nicer! I never saw photos of the new clubhouse online so it was a fun surprise. Would definitely come back here!

A perfect place to stay..

Our family had an amazing stay at this beautiful house! Easy communication with the owner of the property when needed. Every detail in the house was well thought of! Clean and spotless, plenty of room, more than we actually needed , our kids loved all of the rooms they couldn’t decide which room they liked better!! Kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed and more. Close to parks, restaurants and shops. We have stayed in many places around Orlando. This was by far the best house and host ever, would love to stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful experience!!!

Amazing Home

This property was a great home to stay in. There wasn't anything that was missing or not provided. The house was very clean which was ideal, because we had a crawling infant. The location was great. Just a short drive to the ESPN WWS for cheer competition. Mrs. Cruz was very helpful and accommodating to our needs. I had several family members tell me to leave a great rating because it was one of the best homes they'd ever stayed in. Thank you again, we had an amazing time. Hope to visit again!!!

Perfect rental for a family!

Property was clean and well equipped. Very well thought out for families with young children. Kids cups/plates in the kitchen, lots of toys and games. We really enjoyed our stay here. Only thing lacking was the master bath, it was super small and probably the smallest shower in the house. Otherwise, our stay was fantastic! We would definitely come back and the host was very responsive and accomodating!

This was an awesome property and had more than enough space for 2 couple and 4 kids! they really thought of everything down to kids plates and cups! Everything was so easy! except for the last few days with a cold pool the owner recitified so quickly and was so pleasant to deal with! would recommend for sure!

Amazing property for multi-family

One if the best vacation we've had. The property looks better in person than the pictures! Two King bedrooms and 3 themed bunkbed rooms with 4 bathrooms. Could easily sleep 10-14. We had plenty of space and loved the heated pool. We will book again. My only complaint is the family room sofa needs to be replaced because it sinks down too much.

Great location

This property is conveniently located. It took us about 20 minutes to get to Disney and it's really close to Target and other shops. The property was clean and the rooms are similar to how they are pictured in the photos. Very nice property especially if you're traveling with a large group of kids. I would recommend that the owner consider upgrading the couch in the living room. The couch had no spring in it and since the couch is a centerpiece it would been nice to have something more comfortable. I informed the owner that one of the bunk bed ladders was broken, which could be hazardous if not fixed soon. Also the refrigerator was not making ice, but the owner was nice enough to drop off some ice for us. I liked that there were ample pots and cups, although I would recommend getting some bigger mugs for tea. The can opener needs replacing. Also, for towels I would recommend including washcloths, we had to go out and buy some. It would be nice in the future if checkout could be moved to about noon. With these type of rentals there is usually a lot to pack up and 10 a.m. checkout is early. Overall nice clean property.
