The first living room, the formal living room, is set up with a comfortable sofa and loveseat seat and shares it's space with the dining area, which will seat up to 6 people. Just off the fully-equipped, L-shaped kitchen is a breakfast bar with 4 bar stools. There’s also a breakfast nook that will seat up to 4 additional people. The second living area also has a comfortable sofa (sleeper sofa) and loveseat set and a large flat screen TV and entertainment stand. This is a great place to sit back and relax after a long day out at the parks. There is also a patio door in the living area that leads to the pool area. Need a little entertainment? Choose from either the pool or the games room. The games room is in the converted garage and has a foosball table and air hockey table. You’ll spend hours in here playing the games. If you’d rather be outside, head to your own private pool area.
