This home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a full sized sofa sleeper in the living room.

Bedroom #1 includes a king sized bed, Smart TV, balcony access, and ensuite bathroom with separated shower & tub.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen sized bed, Smart TV, and attached bathroom (connected to the hall) with separated shower & tub.

Bedroom #3 is Mickey Mouse themed and includes 2 cozy twin beds and a Smart TV.

Both the king and queen bedrooms offer private sliding door access to separate balconies with seating.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in unit.
• This unit is located on the 3rd floor.
• Parking lot parking is available for up to 2 vehicles. Parking passes will be acquired at the front desk of the Bahama Bay Resort clubhouse.
• Due to the high incidence of theft and damage, we do not provide wash cloths for bathing. If you need wash cloths, you will want to bring your own. However, bath towels and hand towels are provided.

As part of the Bahama Bay Resort, guests have access to a private clubhouse that boasts a business room and a rejuvenating spa. Outdoor enthusiasts will delight in the array of activities available, including bocce ball, tennis courts, splash pads, and community pools. And when it comes to dining, you don't have to venture far. The resort offers an onsite restaurant, where you can savor hearty meals in a delightful setting.

This home is located in Bahama Bay Resort, a prime location with all the major theme parks being a quick drive away; Walt Disney World (7.6 miles), Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge (10.4 miles), Universal Studios (20.5 miles), Wizarding World of Harry Potter (22.1 miles), and SeaWorld (16.7 miles). Sunset Walk, a modern shopping complex offering just about everything under the sun, is 7.5 miles away.

HOUSE RULES:
• This property is non-smoking. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs.
• Pets of any kind are not allowed. You will be fined $500 plus cleaning costs.
• Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants.
• Do not park automobiles in the grass, as you will be towed/ticketed.
• Always observe quiet hours after 9PM, as there are neighbors close by.
• Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to leave without a refund.

Wonderful place to stay!

Everything was just perfect! From booking the "Family Ties" accommodation through VRBO to the whole experience while we were there was excellent. The VRBO ad provided lots of detail and up-to-date pictures such that there were no surprises. The property owners actually have a property management company, Grand Welcome, take care of all the administration. Their process was very professional, easy to navigate, and they were available 24/7 to resolve any issues by phone, text, or email. It was a little intimidating at first to read through the legal contract (it wasn't too long) and provide identification via a 3rd party security firm, but we understand that the owners need to feel their property is safe from untrustworthy renters as much as we as renters need to feel safe both personally and financially from unscrupulous owners. While there, we enjoyed the spacious and comfortable 3 bdrm/2 full bath rental complete with washer/dryer and a full kitchen with appliances, cutlery, cookware and dinnerware. Extremely clean when we arrived. They also provided a variety of essentials: small amounts of soap for washing clothes, washing dishes, tea towels, towels for the pool, toilet paper and a roll of paper towels. The resort itself is awesome with multiple pools, games areas, kids splashpad, an onsite restaurant and entertainment and close to Disney and Universal Studios. A fellow vacationer we met there said they preferred BBR over other nearby resorts. Book it!

Spectacular Property - 5 star review

My wife, two sons (22 and 17) and I stayed for 8 nights in Dec 2024 and can't rave enough about our stay.The property was just as advertised. Clean, spacious, well furnished, amenities well thought out, and communications from the property owners when we did have a simple question was nearly instantaneous. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Screened in balconies made for enjoyable mornings and evenings outside with on bugs. Kitchen items were well stocked and all looked relatively new. The coffee bar off to the side was a nice touch. The only suggestion I could think of is to put some hooks up in both bathrooms. Only towel rack is inside the shower and towels get wet if you have them in there. We used hangers and hung them to dry between uses. The grounds were very nice, spent an enjoyable day at the pool by the lake, swimming, ping pong. Our trip was mostly for golf, 5 rounds during our stay, and the courses we selected to play were all within 15-25 minutes to drive to. We simply can't say anything bad about our stay here, except we wish we could have stayed longer.

Great for relaxing and Disney

We rented because we have family who own at the property and they were in FL. It was wonderful to not only get to spend time with family and enjoy the property amenities- specifically the pools, but to have our own space to relax. The condo was clean and welcoming, enough space for my small family but also for my dad to come visit. It was nice having the option to cook for ourselves as opposed to always eating out (like if we were staying in a hotel). The best part was the drive to Disney. I would stay again in a heartbeat!
