This beautiful and spacious Blue Oasis house is its own private paradise; the perfect place to stay. Amenities and furnishings provide comfort, and all required to make your staycation a real home from home.
It features 3 comfortable and spacious bedrooms, central air-conditioning, bright living room with comfortable and a large TV, fully renovated kitchen with gleaming granite countertops, new appliances and a breakfast bar, private lake-view pool with a private fence.

Master king bed with a private bathroom, walking closet and a 50" smart TV.
Bedroom (1): 2 single twin beds and Roku Smart TV
Bedroom (2): Bunk bed twin over full and Smart TV

Full second bath with a tub/shower combination

Living room - wonderful place to sit and relax after a day in the theme parks. You can enjoy a relaxing moment without missing out on the action as it is an open space with the dining room and kitchen.

Kitchen - beautiful space equipped with everything you need for your daily culinary needs. Equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, sink with waste disposal, table that can accommodate 4 people + 4 people at the island station.

Patio - Enjoy total privacy in a beautiful in-ground private hated pool, wonderful pond, and conservation views. The outdoor area features a dining patio table (3 seats), 2 lounge chairs, and a sliding door alarm system which alerts when the door to the pool area opens.

Optional pool heating is available $50/day and must be booked for the entire stay – recommended between November and March.

Guest can enjoy the view Florida wildlife, however, be aware of alligators, Do NOT feed or disturb them. Please protect your dogs, cats from alligators - keep pets on a leash, no longer than 6 feed and/or safe distance away from the lake edge. Do not let your pet swim or drink out of the lake.

This home has free Wi-Fi. The login instructions are on the guidebook which include password and QR code. Please let me know immediately if you have any interruption or issues with your internet service.

Our home is provided with 2 Roku Smart TV's and 2 Smart TV's. One remote controls all functions for each unit located in living room and all bedroom. Please login into your own account to keep up with your favorite shows.

House is few minutes away from gas station, pharmacist, supermarkets, Target, Walmart, rental cars, Dunkin Donuts, restaurants, walking clinics, hospitals, etc.
