„My stay started off with hair in the bed, not good. The front desk clerk (Marcus) came and changed the linen, he was very nice and responsive. The room was ok. I didn’t realize this was an extended stay hotel. With that in mind, it was fine if you needed to stay for a while. The location was perfect and it was a new property, which made it nice. “

„Die waren wirklich nicht fähig bei einem über 24 Std. dauernden Stromausfall Gänge Rezeption zu beleuchten! Geschweige denn von Notausgängen!! Für die Gäste gab es keine Lampen!! Kein Internet, keine Möglichkeit Telefone zu laden! Es wurde gar nichts organisiert! Durch den Ausfall der Klimaanlage verwandelte sich das Zimmer in eine Tropfsteinhöhle! Alle Kleidungsstücke waren durchfeuchtet! Nie mehr wieder! Und das in Amerika gewohnte "Plastikfrühstück" war grauenhaft!!!“

„Check in/out process ans employees were friendly and quick/easy. Beds were comfy. Room was clean. The tv for some reason was a pain to manage... every time i cut it on i had to "retune" the channels in order to be able to change the channels and i wish the water pressure would have been better (but thats just my preference). Other than those two small areas, neither of which were a huge deal, our stay was nice.“

„Beautiful and comfortable historic house! Enjoyed staying in the Reynolds Loft -- that soak in the claw-foot tub made my evening! Gorgeous landscaping and lots of places to just hang out and enjoy beautiful spring weather. Some of the area's best restaurants are just a block away. We were able to walk up Fourth Street toward Trade and window shop the Arts District. Great breweries a mile away (still walkable) and Tate's Cocktails is a great place for a drink and live jazz on Tuesdays. We love ...

„If you are ready to be pampered in the most lovely, historic setting then the Zevely Inn is for you! Our room was cozy and the made-from-stratch breakfasts served by the innkeeper absolutely delicious! And she was delightful, so welcoming and full of stories, but still giving us privacy to soak in every morsel of Old Salem charm in the home owned by Dr. Zevely. We're going back as soon as possible!“
