There was no coffee maker in the room. There were also no lamps in the nor any toilet paper on the roller. My wife killed a cockroach also. I reported the problem about no lamps or coffee maker; he never followed up on them or advise me of why or anything. .

The evening clerk was unpleasant. We had to have our key reprogrammed every night of our three night stay. no room service at all we had to bring our dirty towels to get clean towels.

My original room had the smoke alarm beeping and a door that did not close. After waiting 20 min for the handy man I went to the lobby to request a new room. This should have been offered instead of me having to ask.
