A quiet location, we've been repeat customers. They recently introduced hard boiled eggs into their breakfast options. Now there's at least 1 thing for those on a gluten-free diet to eat!

The room was great and clean but the room I was in was very noisy. I could hear the plumbing from other rooms when toilet was flushed or shower was on it was very loud in this room. Maybe other rooms were better.

The room we stayed in was in terrible condition - loose toilet seat, bathroom door that didn’t close, bathroom was filled with mold. The room smelled awful and was complete with unpatched walls, ripped curtains and damaged door trim from water leaking. Needs a major renovation/overhaul.

Hi Liane, thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that your stay was so disappointing. I just popped down to the room that you recently stayed in and I have added it to our priority renovation list. We are actively upgrading guest rooms throughout the hotel but we have not yet got to this one and will work hard at making necessary improvements.
