Wir sind nur wenige Schritte von der Bourbon Street entfernt - zentral gelegen im Viertel, in einem sehr sicheren Gebäude mit einem verschlossenen Haupteingang. SCHÖNES DEKOR, voll ausgestattet, bringen Sie einfach Lebensmittel! KOMFORTABEL für 4 Personen, bietet aber Platz für 5/6 mit einer Queen-Size-Luftmatratze!

Die Miete beinhaltet kostenlose Parkplätze in 24/7 Parkgarage (ein Fahrzeug)! YAY! Die Garage ist um die Ecke, rund um die Uhr besetzt und gut beleuchtet. Hinweis: Die Garage hat keinen Aufzug. Wenn Sie Probleme mit der Mobilität haben, bitten Sie darum, vor dem Abstellen des Autos am Gebäudeeingang entlassen zu werden. Das Gebäude ist für Rollstuhlfahrer zugänglich.

VOLLSTÄNDIGE OFFENLEGUNG: Das Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer sind mit einer Backsteinmauer zum Nachtclub nebenan verbunden. Sie befinden sich im Herzen der Stadt und das ist NOLA. Der Nachtclub wurde schallisoliert, nachdem die Regenfälle kurz vor dem Dach zusammengebrochen waren. Der Lärm ist jedoch MINIMAL. Dies ist jedoch eine Wohnung unter den Einheimischen. Während Sie möglicherweise nicht "Hyatt quiet" bekommen, werden Sie am Morgen mit einer ohrenbetäubenden Stille gesegnet (keine Müllwagen um 3 Uhr morgens!) bis Sie aus dem Ort auftauchen - auch wenn es nicht bis 16 Uhr ist!

Diese gut ausgestattete Wohnung verfügt über alle wichtigen Voraussetzungen für einen fantastischen Aufenthalt. Eigenschaften umfassen Holzböden; ursprüngliche freiliegende Ziegelmauern und Balken; voll ausgestattete Küche; kleine Essecke mit Kneipentisch (Platz für 2 Personen); Wohnzimmer mit 1 Queensize-Schlafsofa und Flachbildfernseher (Kabel inbegriffen; 1 B / R mit 1 Queensize-Bett mit Pillow-Top-Bett (RAISED), Bluetooth-Soundbar und kostenfreiem Highspeed-Internetzugang über WLAN Das Badezimmer befindet sich durch das Schlafzimmer und ist komplett mit Toilettenartikeln ausgestattet - Haartrockner inklusive! Sie befinden sich nur wenige Gehminuten von weltbekannten Restaurants, Parade-Routen, der Bourbon Street, dem Jackson Square und dem French Market entfernt. Wir sind nur eine kurze Taxifahrt von der Arena, dem Mercedes Benz Superdome und dem Convention Center entfernt.

UNSERE GÄSTE halten wegen ihrer zentralen Lage tagsüber oft "nach Hause", um eine angenehme Erholungspause zu bieten, bevor Sie wieder hinausfahren! Sie können auch Zeit am Patiotisch vor unserer Haustür verbringen und bei einem kühlen Getränk und / oder einem guten Buch entspannen.

A great stay in the quarter

It was a wonderful visit and great accommodations in a convenient location in the heart of the French Quarter of New Orleans. The apartment is located in a uniquely renovated building with parking included and a full array restaurants at your disposal. Being close to Bourbon Street meant that one had to put up with a little bit of noise. However, that should be expected when you come to New Orleans. This experience leads me to strongly recommend this apartment.

Such a great location! We felt so safe, loved the apartment. Was clean and decorated so nicely. The music was loud, didn’t go too late on weeknights but I was able to sleep through it even on weekend. Would definitely recommend!!

Fantastic place to stay in the Quarter

We had a great stay. The location is about the best you're going to find if you want to be close to the action but not in the action. I wanted to be close to the Famous Door to see the Half Past Whiskey band play and it was only a one or two minute walk away. Both the Clover Grill (8 minute walk) and Cafe Beignet (30 second walk) are close for a great breakfast. The noise was a bit louder than we expected since the jazz club seems to be a dance club now but it was tolerable with the included disposable ear plugs. The building and the apartment are both really cool with lots of character! Michelle the co-host was the most communicative person I have ever experienced on vrbo or arbnb. She makes everything EASY. Overall it was a fantastic stay.

Great location to restaurants and clubs on Bourbon Street. Owner Michelle was excellent and available by phone or text at all times to answer our questions. Excellent property for those who want to enjoy the nightlife and clubs on Bourbon Street and like to stay up until the wee hours of the morning. I would not recommend for those who want to go to sleep earlier than 2 a.m. The bedroom, which the host disclosed, shares a wall with the nightclub below, so you will hear music and muffled noise until the club closes.

Great location

We had a great time in New Orleans in this apartment. The parking garage was a nice to have but the location is walking distance from everywhere so if you dont have a car no big deal. The night club was a little annoying for an early riser but that was communicated up front so we knew what to expect. If i come back to New Orleans i will definitely stay here.

Location is everything!

We loved the apt. So cute! The location is great. The hostess makes sure you have all the information you need. Thursday night wasn’t bad with the bar music but Friday and Saturday were LOUD. We live where there is no noise so we hear everything. But, we knew going in it was next to a bar.

Let me vely property

Fantastic location, just steps away from all the action. Clean, and well-appointed. The music, specifically the bass, from the neighboring club was loud, and played until 3 am om Sat. We were warned about that, and it wasn't a problem until Sat night— I think they cranked it up, it continued until the wee morning hours and its ‘headbanger’ music, not jazz. Just be aware of that, otherwise it is a lovely property. Communication was excellent.

Amazing Location and Host

Incredible vacation rental, and I can't recommend it enough! Very clean and looks just like the pictures. The host was very responsive, answering all my questions quickly and providing helpful local tips. The communication was seamless, and I felt well taken care of throughout the entire stay. The location was absolutely perfect – centrally located, within walking distance to great restaurants and shops. New Orleans Family Fun

My father and I attended Cruise the Coast and wanted a place to stay in New Orleans. We spent the day on the gulf coast and the evenings roaming the French Quarter. The apartment is amazing! Excellent way to enjoy “living” in the French Quarter. We shopped at the local grocery store, had amazing parking, and were one minute walking distance to Bourbon street. The host is beyond helpful! She gave me tons of information before we left and lots of very helpful photos and maps to help navigate the one way streets of the French Quarter. There is plenty of sleeping space, one main bedroom and a sleeping cot for the living room. There are ceiling fans and air conditioning that help make white noise to soften the sounds of the near by bar. Having a nice, safe, clean place to stay was very much appreciated. I highly recommend this location and look forward to coming back!
