North of the noise and saturated color of the Quarter is a New Orleans neighborhood that’s perfected the art of living. “Welcome to Mid-City,” read the signs on the neutral ground. And that’s truth in advertising. It’s the kind of place where your auto mechanic invites you to a crawfish boil and a total stranger may buy you a drink at an Irish pub or a cannoli at an Italian bakery. Take the red streetcar line up Canal to the Cemeteries (Mid-City’s dead neighbors are as interesting as the live ones) or bike the new 2.6-mile-long Lafitte Greenway that stretches from Basin Street to Carrollton Avenue and, conveniently, past a po’ boy shop or two – or 17 – with a sno-ball shop and a micro-brewery thrown in for good measure. Buttermilk biscuits. Live music. A bowl of Vietnamese pho. Who wouldn’t want to visit? Eat. Drink. Get up here.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire unit including living room, kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, laundry, shared backyard/patio. There is designated parking with 1 reserved space per unit, and 3 overflow spaces available on a first come first serve basis.

High ceilings, 4 bright bedrooms, gorgeous fully equipped kitchen, 3 full bathrooms, all new bedding and duvets. Beautiful living room with large television. Plenty of free on street parking everywhere! Ensuite bathroom in one of the bedrooms, queen sized bed, dresser and television, 2nd bedroom has two queen sized beds, closet, and television, while the 3rd and 4th bedrooms also has it's own tv. All bedrooms have large spacious closets. Central AC, WIFI throughout, quarters machine laundry in the unit, plenty of free street parking in front, ironing board and iron, everything you need for a comfortable stay!

*These units are operated under a Hotel License, but are individual units/apartments all with full kitchens etc. The outside courtyard, bar, and pool are SHARED. Please see the photos for clarity on the shared areas.

• Normal check-in time is 4pm on the arrival date. For check-in's from 1:00pm - 4:00pm, it's an extra $50 to have an extra cleaner assist with servicing the property. Check-in's before 1:00pm would require booking the previous night at a much discounted rate. Contact host for details.

NOTE - For "Single beds" please see photos of the lounge chairs that pull out to beds. Single beds are smaller than twin sizzed beds and most appropriate for those under 5'6" and children.

Please note that per city permit laws, this unit has an internal noise monitoring device. This is not a recording device, and it only monitors noise levels. Placement of this device was made mandatory by the city.
