„Eine Mitarbeiterin, welche für Rezeption und Service im Restaurant zuständig war. Sehr chaotisch alles. Lange Wartezeiten. Im Restaurant hing eine Dunstwolke vom kochen aus der Küche. Anschliessend haben die Kleider nach Fett gerochen. Das Essen war aber köstlich. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und liebevoll eingerichtet, das Bett war sehr bequem. Die Sauberkeit war aber leider nicht sehr toll. Dreckige Handtücher und noch Haare in der Dusche ist ein NoGo.“

The only downside for us was that the walls are so thin that you hear everything your neighbours next to you and above you do. The premises, including Rainier Basecamp and Bar, are well-kept.“

We only had a few notes on things like cleanliness and broken furniture (an easy fix if there would have been basic tools available).
