With excellent amenities and popular attractions right on the doorstep, it is ideally placed for a Northumberland getaway. Take a stroll to Cragside House and Gardens to enjoy fascinating history and peaceful woodland walks, or wander along the Riverside Walk in Rothbury and keep an eye out for birds and wildlife. Walk or cycle the scenic trails of the Simonside Hills, and do not miss nearby Brinkburn Priory and Manor House for a glimpse into the past. A short drive brings you to the historic market town of Alnwick, home to the famous castle and gardens, with a lovely selection of shops, pubs, and restaurants. From there, it is just a few miles to the sandy shores of Alnmouth Beach. For those looking to stay active, Rothbury offers an 18-hole golf course and outdoor tennis courts, both within easy walking distance of the property.
