Located off Range Road in Mittagong, Rose Cottage is located an easy drive of under 10 minutes to both Bowral and Mittagong. Rose Cottage is in a great central location for exploring the Southern Highlands.

How is the property laid out?

Singular level, as you step into Rose Cottage you are greeted by a luxurious fireplace and lounge setting. This relaxed, open plan room then flows into the kitchen and dining and area. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, cooktop, dishwasher and a coffee machine that is compatible with Nespresso pods. Through the lounge room you will find the door leading to the bedroom with Queen bed. There is an ensuite with shower and toilet.

Wi-Fi, internet, Netflix or Pay TV - will I have it?

This property has unreliable 5G WiFi. If WiFi is important to you, please arrange to take a portable WiFi device with you. The TV has free-to-air viewing only.

What about outdoors?

Rose Cottage is set in beautiful private gardens. Open the French doors and step out onto the terrace, where guests can enjoy seclusion of the north facing terrace surrounded by pretty blooms and shady trees. There is a luxurious outdoor bath and slow combustion heater that guests will enjoy! There is also a BBQ and outdoor seating.

Keeping warm or keeping cool?

There is reverse cycle air-conditioning and heating for year round comfort. To keep warm on those extra cold days there is an open log fire, two mounted IXL wall heaters, an electric blanket and an electric heated throw blanket. There is also a slow combustion heater on the terrace. Please note that a starter amount of kindling and firewood is provided. If you would like to use the fireplace for an extended period or multiple times during your stay, you can purchase more from the local service station.

What about sheets, towels and other supplies?

High quality sheets and towels are provided at Rose Cottage.

Parking for cars, boats etc?

There are 2 open air parking spaces on the driveway for guests.

Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?

Sorry, Rose Cottage is not pet friendly.

What are the minimum stay rules?

- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights
