High ceilings highlight the light-filled Great Room, detailed with chic decor and a smart TV. Hours of fun await in the game room, featuring a TV, a full-size air hockey table, a Galaga/Ms. Pac-Man arcade table, and a wet bar with a mini-fridge. Another family room includes a foosball table and a TV. Bordered by palm trees, your fenced backyard boasts an outdoor shower and a private pool surrounded by loungers. Perfect for poolside cookouts, the covered outdoor kitchen features a five-burner grill, two mini-fridges, a sink, and an ice maker. Additional highlights include a TV and alfresco dining for six.

Prepare home-cooked meals with ease in the roomy chef’s kitchen, configured with expansive counter space and stainless steel appliances -- including dual dishwashers. Serve appetizers at the kitchen bar for six, then gather together at the dining table for 10. As far as layout is concerned, find one suite on the ground floor and three on the second and third. Each has a TV, while two offer balcony access. Your gated community also features a neighborhood pool roughly 200’ away. Complimentary Wi-Fi and two sets of washer/dryers are provided.

THINGS TO KNOW
Please be advised: There is an active construction site next door. Work is permitted from 7 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Saturday, with no work on Sundays. Construction is expected to be completed by August. While the crew follows set hours, guests may experience some daytime noise during their stay.
Pool heat is available upon request. Please request at least 24 to 48 hours prior to check-in to ensure it is activated for your stay.


If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
