The apartment comfortably sleeps four with a queen size bed in each bedroom. The living room sofa may serve as an additional sleeping area, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed.

Smart TV, self check-in, high-speed Wifi, adjustable height sitting/standing desk, dining/work table, and in-unit laundry

Location:
- 2 blocks to Brady St
- 5 minute drive to McKinley beach, Downtown Milwaukee, and St. Mary's hospital
- Walkable to grocery stores, convenience stores, and countless bars and restaurants

Parking:
- Reserved parking is not included in this listing
- Free daytime street parking is available throughout the neighborhood
- Overnight street parking requires a permit which you can request for free up to 3 nights (or 4 nights including Saturday which isn't enforced). Just call the city on the day you'd like to start parking and request a Temporary Night Parking Permit. They will collect some basic info and you should receive a remote confirmation in 5-10 minutes. For more info, search online for "Milwaukee night parking permission" and choose the first result
- If street parking for 4+ nights, you can purchase a Night Parking Permit for $1-20 depending on duration

Other things to note:
- The building does not have central air conditioning, however a window A/C unit is installed in the living area and ceiling fans and room fans are available for supplemental circulation
- The radiant floor heating system is controlled by the thermostat
- There is some potential for traffic or other street noise due to the central location of the property. Disposable ear plugs and white noise machines are provided for guests just in case.

1. No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses
2. No smoking ($150 fee will be assessed)
3. Quiet time after 10pm
4. Authorized guests only, and no booking on behalf of others
5. $75 charge per item for unreturned key/access device
* We reserve the right to end stays without refund if House Rules are violated

Early check-in:
- We can accommodate a 1pm early check-in for a $20 fee
- Repeat guests enjoy free early check-in
- All requests are subject to availability

- Complete ID verification, agree to House Rules, and pay $200 refundable security deposit
