Hallandale Beach is a city on Florida's east coast, between Fort Lauderdale and Miami. Palm-dotted Hollywood Beach is backed by the long Hollywood Beach Broadwalk. Please note that there is a daily resort fee per unit and a $250 refundable security deposit paid upon arrival at the front desk.
Resort fee prices based on the length of your stay:
$30 per day for stays of 1–6 days
$25 per day for stays of 7–15 days
$20 per day for stays of 15–29 days
$300 per month for stays of 30 days.
Stays exceeding 30 days are charged $300 + $10 per additional day

The resort and parking fees are not included in the price paid on the booking channel and paid separately.

Extra beach chairs and umbrellas are available at the beach for an additional fee (Please note that the beach chairs and umbrellas rental is not part of the resort and managed by a 3rd party company).

A 4% card fee will apply in the event of a cancellation that results in a refund.
