The bay and city views are simply breathtaking. It is a tropical oasis of waterfront elegance.

There is also an air mattress available if needed in the living room. The master and guest bedrooms feature stunning panoramic water views. The bathroom has a tub, and a large walk in closet in bedroom .You will feel at home and remain in tranquility with the stunning views. The building has a great location.

The apartment is located in the heart of Brickell, with the historical Brickell key island in front of the building. Plenty of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and CVS within walking distance. Famous restauras Nusr-Et on the same avenue and the famous Brickell city center mall a few minutes away.

The best way to move in the Brickell Area is simply by foot to avoid traffic. To go to south beach, uber will do the work for less than 10$.

I care about my guests experience and this is why I try my best to offer them the unit in the best conditions.
House Rules

-There's a $50 Non-negotiable/non-refundable one-time fee before check-in for registration/Parking/Amenities.

-Guests must make sure to leave keys and fob inside the unit on the day of their check-out and submit a picture for visibility. Missing fobs will result in a $250 fee under any circumstances.

-Smoking is strongly prohibited inside all our units, only allowed on the balcony. Smoking smell and/or evidence of smoking inside premises will result in a $250 fee.

-Guests are liable for any damage or missing items inside the property. Please leave the unit in good condition to avoid additional fees.

-The host is not responsible for amenities closures or construction disturbance by the building during your stay. Refunds do not apply.

-Events and small gatherings are upon request. An additional cleaning fee of $150 would apply.

-The guest agrees not to hold the host liable for any losses or damages of personal belongings inside the premises.

-The guest agrees not to hold the host liable for any physical injuries that take place during the stay.

-Fire Safety: No gas, charcoals, or any devices with open flames are allowed on the balcony or in the unit.
