Schöne Unterkunft in guter Lage

Die Unterkunft war sauber und es war alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Die Schlafcouch ist leider nicht wirklich als Schlafgelegenheit geeignet. Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen mit vielen Möglichkeiten die nähere oder weitere Umgebung zu erkunden.

Exceeded our expectations!

We were searching for a place near "the Smile Mission" dental clinic while we were there for a full week of cosmetic dentistry. We were searching for a quiet yet convenient place that would allow us to prepare any special meals, be comfortable, allow and provide adequate accommodations for a medium size pet that travels with us. The kitchen provided far more than we expected with pots, pans, a wide variety of utensils, and even spices and such. Way beyond what we have experienced at some other rentals. There were plenty of linens and towels for the bedroom , bath, and kitchen. the cleanliness and organization of this rental was outstanding. the enclosed outside area provided a safe, private, and secure place to relax or to let our pet run around a bit. The internet connection was flawless and even allowed us to stream movies without issue. the neighborhood felt safe as well with most homes and lawns well groomed and in good repair. Many "nice" cars were parked in driveways which gave us a secure feeling with overnight parking. Communication with the owner was great. Very timely responses and flexibility if we needed it. An extra day was needed beyond what we had originally booked and the owner was very responsive and fair. The dental work went great and this property provided all of the comforts we needed during the visit. I would surely recommend, and if we have reason to return this would be a top choice.

Totally adequate

Summary: Very affordable little spot for launching off on adventures.Positives:- Cleanest VRBO I've ever stayed in- Friendly, responsive host- Patio space was nice in the evening for sitting out (as long as you don't store your boat there)- Well equipped kitchen- Quiet neighborhood- Close to groceriesChallenges:- The property is NOT a two bedroom as listed. There is 1 bedroom that has two small windows near the ceiling & a fold-out couch in the living/dining space. There is little privacy. - The property is listed as a "guest house" but it is not a standalone structure as I had anticipated. It in fact appears to be a converted garage attached to the host's house, so you will share a wall with the host. The host's family was pretty quiet, though.- We had problems w/the temperature in the shower. It would switch on its own from scalding hot to cold & back again. The property owner seemed as bewildered as we were.- The beds were not very comfortable. The fold-out couch made so much creaking/groaning noise when my small daughter shifted her weight that the first night I thought she had broken something & I came rushing out to check. The bed in the bedroom had a cheap headboard that kept detaching no matter how many times we tried to keep it on, so it provided no support for sitting up in bed, & the bed itself sloped slightly toward the wall where our heads rested. In the end it was totally adequate for our our needs and overall we had a pleasant stay.

Very accommodating

The process over all was great. They respond quickly to my messages before and during my stay. Very clean, cozy, and all the things you need to prepare a meal. I would like to.ask that they put a tv in the living room. Great location and i had appointments and was only 20 minutes from them. Lots of privacy too. I would stay again if i visited Miami.

Amazing!

The place was great. Confortable, extremely clean, cozy, and nicely decorated spot. The owner, Mileidy, was a phenomenal host. She provided everything you needed to make your stay pleasant. We were welcomed with a nice bottle of wine! Also, since it is mango season, we got to eat them too. Mileidy made sure your needs were met. Close to the city and the Florida keys. Close to places to shop and eat. We will definitely come back. Highly recommended place!

Great location, but major appliances don't work.

This would have been a perfect vrbo rental, but the one downside is that the oven doesn't work. I wish I would have known that before I went to the grocery store and bought a weeks worth of cooking ingredients. The stovetop works only if you manually light it, but the oven portion doesn't work at all. The host was very gracious and nice so this would have been the perfect stay if all the major appliances actually worked.
