We kindly remind you that a member of our team will meet you at the front desk upon your arrival. To ensure a seamless check-in experience without any delays, please provide your estimated time of arrival in advance. All guest must register and the occupancy limit (4) should not be exceeded at the front desk before check-in and sign the rules & regulations from the condominium. A government-issued photo ID will be required at the front desk, and a resort fee of $35 per day mandatory resort fee collected by the hotel (This fee is not included in the price), payable by card only, will be due at check-in.

1. **Cleaning Service**: Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. While daily cleaning is not included, we are happy to arrange mid-stay cleaning services upon request for an additional fee. Simply let us know, and we'll schedule it right away for your convenience.

2. **Towels and Linens**: Fresh towels and sheets will be provided for your stay. Please note, we do not supply washcloths as they are considered personal hygiene items.

3. **TV**: Our Smart TV is equipped for streaming via various apps. Feel free to log in with your personal accounts and enjoy your favorite content.

4. **Air Conditioning**: For optimal performance, the air conditioning can be set no lower than 70°F. If the outdoor temperature is below 70°F, please avoid lowering the A/C further, as this may cause it to freeze. To maintain a comfortable environment, ensure all windows and doors remain closed while the A/C is in use.

5. **Self Check-In**: This is a self check-in property. All the details for a seamless check-in and check-out will be provided via Airbnb chat. We recommend reviewing the house rules beforehand to ensure an exceptional stay.

6. **Packages**: You are welcome to receive packages during your stay, though we cannot assume responsibility for them. If you expect a delivery prior to your arrival, please inform us so we can do our best to assist. Kindly note that we are unable to access the mailbox, so mail cannot be received.

7. **Child Safety**: If you're traveling with children, please be aware that cleaning products are accessible. Ensure they do not have access to these materials for their safety.

8. **Supplies**: We provide an initial supply of essentials like toilet paper (with extras under the sink) and other items. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to replenish these supplies.

9. **Resort Fee**: Upon arrival, there is a daily resort fee of $35 USD, payable at the front desk.
