Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment to enjoy Miami Beach with the family. Apartment with beach view and balcony. Equipped with everything you need for your vacations. High speed internet, fully equipped kitchen, main bedroom with king size bed, second bedroom with two twin beds. 1 full bathroom and 1 half bathroom.

Tides Amenities: Pool, GYM, valet parking, mini market, bar, shared washer&dryer.

Things to know:
- One-time payment FOB charge of $30 (a key is given to you. If lost, report it to the front desk)
- Pets are not allowed.
- Valet Parking: $100USD per week / 2 weeks - $125USD / 3 weeks - $150USD / 4 weeks - $175 USD.
- Package reception is $7.
- A laundry card will be left inside the apartment. In case it is lost, you can buy a replacement directly at the front desk, where you can also recharge it.
- Early check-in and late check-out if available can be provided at extra cost.

Our check-in and check-out processes are fully remote for your convenience. You will receive information about the procedure, which will be shared via direct message or through our guest portal, along with detailed instructions.
Check-in is completed online, and a refundable damage deposit ranging from $300 to $500 is required. This deposit will be returned 2 to 5 business days after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property.
Alternatively, you can opt for a non-refundable damage waiver, which ranges from $50 to $80 USD.
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
