The flat is in Colonia Cuauhtémoc, a low-key, upscale neighborhood. The main thoroughfare, Paseo de la Reforma, cuts through the area which boasts many fine dining restaurants and boutiques. Follow the street westward to reach the Museum Arte Modern.

• Please respect, it is a home, not a hotel. No disrespect.

• You are responsible for cleaning up after using the bathroom and kitchen, as well as leaving the common areas in perfect condition.

• Please do not move, remove or change furniture and objects, or any other decorations in the room and house.

• Respect neighbors who are workers and families.

• If you break or damage something please take responsibility and pay for it.

• For maintenance issues or questions about the department, please consider a schedule from 9am to 10pm.

* In Mexico City we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend you keep an eye on the weather forecast and pack your bags with the clothes that best fit the weather :).

* Mexico City has presented cuts in the amount of water in the area. Given the possibility of service shortages, we will be attentive at all times.

We provide one towel per person per stay, most of our apartments have washing and drying machines or are located close to a laundry.
