There are three suites with king beds and private baths - two spacious suites on the main level and one on the lower level. All wood walls surround you in the first primary suite. This suite has stairs that lead to a private loft outfitted with air hockey and a ping pong table. It's the perfect room for the night owls in your group! The loft is also outfitted with a desk and office chair if you have a need for a private working space. The other main level suite has a private deck so you can step outside to stargaze or breathe fresh mountain air any time you please. Upstairs, the loft off the great room is an additional gathering space and sleeping area. It is outfitted with two twin beds and a TV.
Downstairs, the lower family room provides another gathering space where folks can stretch out on the comfortable couches, watch TV and enjoy a drink from the spacious wet bar, which features a mini-fridge, and play a game of pool on the full sized pool table! There is another master suite on this level with private access to the patio and the hot tub. There are also 2 more bedrooms ~ one with a queen bed and patio access to enjoy the lake view. 3-STEP RESERVATION PROCESS:
1. AT BOOKING- Electronically Sign the Rental Agreement to trigger your door codes and Pre-Arrival Information to be automatically sent. Door Codes will NOT be released without an e-signed agreement.
2. ONE DAY PRIOR TO ARRIVAL- Look for your Pre-Arrival Information that contains your door lock code, address and other important info.
3. CHECK-IN DAY- Check-in time is any time after 4 pm. (Codes will not be active prior to 4 pm.) Upon arrival, locate the Home Binder (beside the coffee pot) to find Wifi Passwords, Amenity & Access Info, Troubleshooting Tips, etc.
IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
a. Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old.
b. CHECK-IN is after 4 pm / CHECKOUT is by 10 am.
c. NOT ALLOWED: Smoking/Vaping, Parties, Exceeding Max Occupancy or Pet Limit.
d. WHAT TO BRING: Supplies are not provided; plan to bring all paper products, food/spices, coffee filters, trash bags, detergents, soaps, toiletries, household items, supplies and extra towels, if necessary. (Bed Sheets, Bath Towels, and Dishes are provided for max occupancy.)
e. WINTER RESERVATIONS: A 4WD vehicle is required to access rentals between November through April. Private driveways will not be snow-plowed unless and until there is 5 inches of snow.
