The apartment is located in a privileged location just a few minutes from Gran Vía, in the heart of Madrid, just a step away from cinemas, theaters, shops, restaurants and all the tourist attractions of the city.

It is a practical and functional 30 m2 apartment for 4 people, in an unbeatable location with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.

It is located on the third floor. The building has a lift that stops at each mezzanine, you will have to navigate some steps to reach your accommodation.

The accommodation is a loft-type and is built with the typical attic ceilings of the old construction in the centre of Madrid.

The apartment is distributed on two levels, on the upper level you will find a single bed and in the main space a double bed of 1.35 cm and a comfortable single sofa bed, all the beds dressed with their bedding.

The entire stay has split air conditioning for heating/cooling.

You have a modern and spacious bathroom with a shower, bath gel and a hairdryer.
We provide one towel per guest that you will find on the beds.

The hot water is supplied by an electric water heater with sufficient capacity and power to meet your needs; make responsible use for its proper functioning.

The kitchen is equipped with the main appliances, tableware for 4 people and other usual utensils. To use the washing machine, you have a portable drying rack and an iron.

You will find a dining area for 4 people.

The accommodation has everything you need so you don't have to worry about anything, all the comfort to feel at home!.
