Welcome to our charming Venice Beach retreat! This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom open concept space is located steps from the vibrant energy of Abbot Kinney Boulevard and a short stroll to the famous Venice Boardwalk.
Venture out to explore the shops, cafes, and renowned restaurants, all within walking distance. Take a leisurely bike ride along the beach, catch a sunset over the Pacific Ocean, or immerse yourself in the local art scene.
The space features one bedroom and two bathrooms and a bonus office room with a comfortable convertible couch transforming into a queen bed, the space is ideal for 2-3 guests. The interior is thoughtfully designed with modern furnishings and a bright, airy ambiance. Enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen, unwind in the comfortable living area, or step outside to the private patio for a relaxing evening under the California stars.

Stroll along Abbot Kinney Boulevard, just a stone's throw away, and discover a treasure trove of boutique shops, art galleries, and trendy cafes. Indulge in gourmet cuisine at acclaimed restaurants or grab a coffee and people-watch at a sidewalk patio.
For outdoor enthusiasts, Venice Beach provides endless opportunities. Spend a day soaking up the sun on the sandy shores, try your hand at surfing or paddleboarding, or bike along the scenic Marvin Braude Bike Trail that runs along the coastline.

While visiting Southern California, having a car is the preferred mode of transportation for most, considering the wealth of unique attractions within a two-hour radius of this home. For the adventurous explorer, a car is highly recommended to fully appreciate the diverse experiences the area offers. However, if you're inclined to arrive and seamlessly unwind at the house during your vacation, rest assured that Uber and Lyft services are readily available for convenient and hassle-free local transportation in Los Angeles.
Venice is highly walkable and bike-able which is one of our favorite things about the area. Along with the bikes we provide you are right next to line 18 of the Big Blue Bus that runs from UCLA to Santa Monica and down to Windward circle in Venice. Head up to Santa Monica and transfer to Metro's Expo Light Rail to head downtown. You can connect with other lines that go into different parts of the city like Dodger game, the Staple Center, and Union Station.

- By booking with us, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement. You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully signing our Rental Agreement.
- Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. Failure to comply with this will result in additional charge up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to Owner and/or Company.
- Please note that in the State of CA, guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a legal CAR form with the DRE. Our Broker of Record will send you this CAR form for signature once payment is made. Your reservation will be considered ready to go once the form is signed!
- Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $250 fine.

- Damages and/or failure to pick up after your pet may result in additional charges at check-out. Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. Failure to comply with this will result in an additional charge of up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to Owner and/or Company.
- For any items left behind after check-out, guests will be charged the shipping costs and an additional service fee of $25.
- A minimum of $25 will be charged per lost or unreturned keys, fobs, or access cards. Please ensure they are returned before check-out.
- Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $250 fine.
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of the noise level during these hours to respect neighbors and others in the area.
- Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay. Any damages must be reported immediately to the host to ensure proper documentation.
- Please dispose of all trash in the designated bins provided. If the trash bins are full, please notify the host for further instructions.
- Any unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight without prior written approval from the host. Additional guests may result in an additional charge.
