- The 4th bedroom near the patio can be accessed through a hidden entrance behind a bookshelf at the end of the hallway, which opens from the right. Follow the spiral staircase which leads down to the lower level, featuring the 4th bedroom.
- Please note the fireplace is not available for guest use.
- Please note that the ice maker in the fridge isn’t working, but ice cube trays are provided.
- The fire pit in the backyard is not available for guest use.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

Great House, Great Location

House served us well on a short vacation to Universal, Hollywood, and Santa Monica. Kids enjoyed the backyard landscaping and tent, the secret room downstairs, and we found the beds comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Communication was great and we had 0 problems.

The perfect place for a Universal Studios Hollywood visit.

We were only there for a couple of nights, but the home was great. The beds were comfortable, and we had everything we needed, including a high chair and pack-and-play for our baby. The proximity to universal studios was perfect and made it very convenient. You could easily come back for a break if you needed and get back to the park in minutes. Would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at this location! It was perfect for us. The house was in good condition, and everything worked well. We enjoyed the outdoor space as well, and used the grill twice. The space was clean and we were very comfortable. The pictures were accurate so there were no surprises.

Beautiful property great communication

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the house was outfitted properly (other than clothes hangers- unless the last guests took them all, might want to bring your own). Everything was well decorated, comfortable and clean towels and bedding, home was impeccably clean. The outdoor area is beautiful. Very convenient location to everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay. It was clean and lovely. A scavenger hunt to find the 4th living space. Kitchen is well appointed. Master is very comfortable - other two beds a bit too hard for our taste.
