The pictures do not do this place justice

Arriving to the home we were presently surprised. The home is a lot bigger in person it easily accomadated our party of 12. The home was absolutely beautiful. We really enjoyed the back yard area which includes a beautiful pool plus a wooden cabana you can relax and watch the kids while they swim. The pictures do not do this place justice the home was everything we could ask for and more. The owner was super helpful even after hours. I will definitely be coming back here again.

Perfect for family

This home was perfect for our family home base. It’s close to Six Flags and Universal Studios. Lisa gave an excellent beach recommendation. The rooms were spacious and worked perfectly for our family. We will be back!

Good

The house was bigger than we expected. We had a total of 17 people, half children and half adults. Lots of space. The kitchen was lacking many needed items. No kitchen towels, no garbage bags, not enough dish washer detergent, not enough cooking pots and pans, the coffee maker was a single miniature Keurig, nor any spices (no salt and pepper??). The twin bed issue was not really a problem, easy to work around. The pool was pretty dirty but the kids loved it. The back deck has a hole in the decking. We put something over it so the kids wouldn't fall into it. Difficult to figure out lighting. We knew there would be a cost to do laundry, but for the one load we did there it cost $8 because we had to dry it 3 times to get it dry. I realize this sounds like a lot of complaints, but honestly we were grateful and loved the property in general. We just wanted to share a few general concerns or opportunities for improvement. We bought kitchen towels, dishwashing pods, salt and pepper, and a coffee pot and left it all for the next people. location was perfect for us! Thank you!!!

It's a Dorm that was cleverly disguised as a rental property

During my recent stay, I encountered several issues that detracted from the overall experience. Below, I’ve highlighted the key areas of concern: Noise Pollution: The tranquility of the property was frequently disrupted by dogs barking incessantly near the property wall. Kitchen Essentials: The absence of dish soap and pepper in the kitchen made meal preparation challenging. Additionally, the limited number of coffee cups provided was insufficient. Bathroom Supplies: The provision of bathroom essentials fell short, with an inadequate supply of toilet paper for the duration of our stay. Hot Tub: One of the amenities I was looking forward to was the hot tub, which, unfortunately, was not heated and thus unusable. Safety Concerns: The fire alarm unexpectedly activated without any apparent cause, which was quite alarming. Maintenance Issues: The property’s old intercom system malfunctioned, emitting loud noises that disturbed our peace during the night. Privacy and Disturbances: The presence of landscapers working throughout almost an entire day was intrusive. Moreover, the property’s guest house seemed to be a hub of activity, with a constant flow of young individuals passing through the yard, which compromised our sense of privacy. In conclusion, the property has potential, these issues need to be addressed to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for future guests. I hope this feedback is constructive and leads to improvements that enhance the guest experience

Much better than a hotel

We were in town for a wedding and really enjoyed our stay. We were able to settle into the house much better than if we had hotel rooms. It felt like home! The rooms were spacious and plentiful. The neighborhood was great!
