„Stayed here with my husband and a large group of people for a Bowling Tournament from Friday-Sunday (05/02-05/04). Check-in process was quick and easy for everyone. Location was very clean and the staff was welcoming and friendly. My room was very clean and well supplied with everything. Loved the very clean bathroom and updated glass shower doors as well as the extremely pleasant smelling hand soap, body lotion, body wash, shampoo and conditioner supplied to us. „Rooms were nice and in good repair. The problem is the clientele doesn’t always seem to treat the property appropriately. For example, the elevator smelled of urine. Some neighboring rooms not considerate of noise levels. Some of the guests appeared like locusts at the hot breakfast buffet provided and not particularly considerate of others using the facility. „Drawers for clothing in room were shabby only had 1 little garbage can in room filled fast with cooking and general disposables everything else was easy peasy would definitely book again“

„Wir hatten vermutlich Bettwanzen (Zimmer 236), da wir mit Ausschlägen aufgewacht sind. Ausserdem waren überall auf dem Boden ziemlich viele Haare unserer Vorgänger verteilt. Ansonsten war zwar alles i.O., aber trotzdem würden wir das Hotel nicht wieder buchen“

„I overpaid room $83 through Expedia sign outside said $56.99. Hope they finish the renovations soon, sore eye to customers. Need to step up cleanliness of room, hardwood floor should have been mopped took tissue and rubbed across floor, tissue showed how dirty it was. Pillows need to be replaced lumpy. The bed was pretty comfy and I had hot water for my showers. “

„Great rooms, quite big, nice and clean. Great bathroom with large shower and separate toilet. Good breakfast at the food court/C-Level (Croissanterie). I had a very good surf and turf at the Urban Table. They have a large and free parking lot, with a nice view of the Bethlehem Steel Mill. 5mins from downtown Bethlehem.“
